Ok, Frick, it's alternate timeline time: *the kid is seen running through the place and we only get glimpses of what he looks like, but eventually, they hide and we get a good look at them, they have on a canister gas mask of polish origin with a hood pulled over with a black long trenchcoat, they have a small .38 Nagant revolver with a suppressor. They are around the size of a 5 to 12-year-old kid. They hide in between a pinball machine from the dragon, and they get up and silently run away in steel-toed boots, they then encounter the nightguard, and they tell her through a shifty voice feature* "get the fluck down and do not make a fucking noise, they are looking for me to kill me." *The night guard is understandably freaked the fluck out, she tries to get them to the office but the dragon finds them first and the story goes as it would in the original but with the kid running in the opposite direction after encountering the dragon. Then they encounter the others and book it toward a rope they can scramble up to the rafters, they make it but one of the robots clips their leg with a hit, they get up and start bandaging the wound while the robots try and get up to them*

And would anything change because of it or no? The reason why I asked is because we really haven't seen any people that have autism in horror video games.

And if you want to headcanon the listener character having high functioning autism, or if that’s how you see them, that’s totally valid!

If a movie company can get it right then imagine how good the movie would be if they made a underdog story where a guy that has high functioning autism but still struggles with it for forced into a super natural event where he has no choice but to make it out on his own and how would the slashers/ monsters would react about it and also at the same time the guy is handicap because of his autism.
