He's absolutely correct all you have to do is go to your city or county and look up at the traffic citations and you will see 300 different violations that can pull you over for and give you a ticket for that just an example of one of them
I schooled my mom on how we never truly own anything and never have. My mom owns her house but can never own the land it sits on. A stipulation put in place by the entity that developed the community. Not to mention the land taxes.
"Owning" a house, is just another word for : "temporary manager privilege on behalf of the state". She can discover that on her own by refusing to pay property taxes.
