100% been there I have sleep problems I thought cutting pre workout out of my life would help since I would take it at 3:30 in bed by 9:30ish. I read article about not taking caffeine after noon. It helped for sure and i felt like trash with no caffeine.

you mentioned you were focusing more on your abs this year, are you training your overall core for stability and injury prevention or are you working your abs with progressive overload to build your abs as a muscle and make them “pop”?
Dragon Flags. If you can do them, you have exrtemely strong core. I'm a big guy, 138kg so I have to raise my legs a bit before starting the rep. But man, 5-10 reps a couple sets, all ya need.
