Oh my gosh! this movie is packed with so many life lessons that shouldn't be ignored. First, the unconditional love displayed by Adesuwa is so melting, it made me so soft after watching, the love is so patient towards her family despite all, it made her look like a fool at first, but you know what, that's love. It just reminds me of God's love towards us. Second, treat people right. Honestly, Adesuwa would have missed a chance on love and getting married if she had not treated Jason right. Third, be open minded, many have lost great opportunities because they believe some things will only come through a particular place. Adesuwa was open minded, so also Jason, also open your mouth, shoot your shot and don't just accept what life throws at you. A closed mouth is a closed destiny. Adesuwa insisted on going to school, so also did Jason, Adesuwa could have accepted her mother's wish and blame her life on such forever but she decided to change her life by sticking to what she believes. Same with Jason, don't look down on yourself, otherwise, good things will always pass you by. I can go on and on but I'll stop here. Thank you aunty Omoni for this masterpiece. Well done 👍 to all the cast, you did excellent.
It’s how osas embraced his role as the man of the house, this is why the presence of a good man is needed in the home. Only one conversation Jason had with him changed everything about him. I like the sisters closeness at the end. Every home needs this movie, shout out to every first daughter and son carrying their families together ❤
I'm a female first born child,i can totally relate to every single piece of this movie,😢i cried when the mom was apologising to all her children 😢😢😢 May God crown the effort of every first born child, thank you mama omoni,God bless you for this master piece ❤❤❤
Amen. I'm a firstborn child, and we're just 2. My second is a girl, too. And mehnn, I've seen and heard a lot from people. First-born girl child isn't given enough credit. God bless and help us all.
We first borns have always been raised different; at least in my region of Nigeria. However, I had very supportive parents who ensured that my siblings were raised right. They just expected me to also understand that when they are no more, I will be the matriarch of the family. Due to this, all I did was focus on studies and work (after graduation) and nothing else 😊. It prepared me much more than I imagined cos I lost them just after medical school. I am lucky that my siblings gave me the respect I deserved and didn’t stress me. We are now super successful due to our focus on the important things. This mom was irresponsible and Adesua’s siblings were really a handful. Awesome movie with a lot of lessons!!!God bless us all.
Seeing this film made me realize how i have been training my kids wrongly 😢what I went through as a child is what am still doing to my kids but now am changing it..thanks for this film❤
One of my favorite scenes of this movie is when Jason confessed to Adesuwa by the beach. I watched that scene repeatedly because I love the matured nature of the conversation. Totally loved how he said “I’m desperate but I am not impatient. I will wait for you, I will wait till you are ready” and the soft touch. Yeah, this movie is on a whole other level! I hope it gets all its well deserved accolades for an incredible storyline and amazing cast.
It took me sheer will power to watch this movie because it hit so close to home... I felt like I was watching my life in a movie..May God heal us from the things we don't speak about 😢😢
Truly, this should be on Netflix. I cried whilst watching. Children should not be burdened with the responsibilities of their parents. Adesuwa really had a good heart to easily forgive her mum after all she did to her.
Only a weak man is intimidated by a successful woman... Daniel dropped so many striking lines in this movie and his manner of communicating it is so calm and soothing 💕
Yeah even the part where he said to Osaze “A criminal steals from outside to impress his family but you,you steal from your family to impress other outside”
Exactly this Mother is too real for me. I will never forgive mines or allow her to be apart of me, however I wish not my pain upon others. I pray for many others healing (7).
I telllllllll you! And as funny as this comment was to me, I still felt sad cos there are parents like this. This isn't just a storyline, this is real life. We really need to do better for our coming generation. God help us 🙏
1) I dont think it's fair that I and my 4 year old daughter had to stay up till almost 10pm watching this movie. Bcs we cldnt pause it 😅 2)it had me all in my emotions n she kept cleaning my tears 😭. 3) I am rating this movie a 10/10. 4) so relatable She kept saying mummy increase d volume 😅. Thank you for this masterpiece
Amazing storyline. So many dysfunctional homes out there…parents who wants to survive at the expense of their children’s happiness. This really addressed this pressing issues. What a great movie. Kudos to the producer and the entire team.
There are so many dysfunctional homes in Africa, one person cannot take all these...the most annoying part is when the mother defend the others. This should not be tolerated. This woman is not a mother....these problems starts from the biggest narcissist in the family who is the mother. She even envy her own daughter Adesuwa.
This movie has given me more hope of finding healthy life partner. It also gets the reality of family hurt. From my movies i have been watching lately, specifically Nollywood, I'm sincerely happy how the media is supporting and correcting counterprogressive social belief systems ❤❤...kudos Etim, who is apparently intentional about portraying an example worth emulating for our sons, our brothers, husbands and fathers! ❤️🔥❤️🔥
This mothers pressure and entitlement is just too much..Like..i can't deal... I just started the movie and I love it already even though the mother's attitude is annoying me . Thanks Momma Omoni❤❤
Can you send it back into and family and friends member friends and family have your Day The New year android cancel the order of Van Halen album cover with yourself and friends and family cancel it and house cancel
This movie really deserves an award 🥉 Many lessons to learn from .it’s shocking to see that African mothers still portray such character traits 😮Nice acting guys 😘🥰 I just love this Scarlet Gomez
Glad it ended in praise, mother's like this are the reason we have very damaged adults, Adults with PTSD, rigid, low self-esteem, siblings rivalries etc, in the quest of their selfish desires they raise damaged adults, thanks for this expository story, may it get to touch those who needs healing from Abusive Parents.
You see that siblings rivalry is in my family already, not seen my sisters in close to 5 years because I got married and couldn't tend to their needs again
Great work, Omoni. You brought back memories. At least this one asked for forgiveness .Some are set in their own ways, pretending nothing went wrong while raising their children, no apology, we are allowed to heal, ourselves as years go . You brought back memories 😢😢😢. But thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph. We rise above ashes🎉
You are so right , the moment when the elder sister was in the car talking to Daniel as she said i am tired made me 😢😭 i thought she was so undeserving of the treatment she got , it left me angry at the mother and siblings.
It really deserve all massive publicity and international viewing..... This is a relatable story and it's real life staring us on the face..... Many people I know have suffered this sort of emotional blackmail from the ones that seems to be their own, Family..... This movie is just it... And by the way.... Blood isn't always Thicker than Water and is Ok to walk away... Even the Bible says "There is a friend that stick closer than a brother"... Jesus also said "Only those with the interest of my Father which is His Interest are His Brothers and not just really those that came out from the same Womb"....
I loveeeeee this movie and I've been preaching this to my friends who are already parents. Your first child is still a child. Don't make them grow up too fast to resent you for blaming them for their younger one's mistakes. If a younger one does something wrong, let them have it. Don't tell the elder one that they're learning such behaviour from them. I'd share this with my oldest sister ❤
This movie has triggered me so much I am struggling to finish it without breaking down which is an indication that I should work through my family heartaches. While some of us are not first borns. This is our story . 😢 Thank you Omo.. you've blessed me
This is a great movie. Being a first child, I can relate to this especially when your siblings see your sacrifice as nothing. May God bless all first borns out there.
God bless the responsible ones ooooo, as my own elder sister, l can't send her to buy me food stuff without sending her money, to make the matter worst, what she will send to me always mk me cry. Gosh
Okay, so for the very first time in my life, I am watching a movie on RUclips and given my reviews... Omoniyi oboli, mam, you deserve you flowers, you have been doing it and it's never gone low kudos. 💐💐💐💐👌
What can I say? This movie was top notch! It got me in my feelings: angry, disgusted, in love, relieved, happy etc. My emotions were all over the place. That's what a good movie is all about! Well done to the cast. A good job, well done.
Wow! Thanks so much for this! Glad you enjoyed it 🎉 Pls remember to share with your family and friends and subscribe to the channel so you get notified every time we drop new movies 💝
This movie is a true interpretation of SOME FAMILY MEMBERS SHOULD BE LOVED AND KEPT AT ARMS LENGTH! And at the same time a well crafted edutainment about, not just Nigerian but African economic growth and development. I bow in respect for Omoni Oboli's craftmanishp. Always looking out for a new lesson in ever y one of her movies. 👌👏❤
I am SO SO glad the movie was recommended. Well scripted storyline, beautiful cinematography, great performance by all cast members. This was a masterpiece for the books. Favorite Quotes. "I want to spoil you, if you will let me" , "I am desperate for you" "A man who must scream at the top of his voice that he is a man to compel others to treat him as such must be considered an animal". I could see this movie being streamed on Netflix and/or Amazon Prime 😍😍😍😍😍😍. Bravo to the entire production.
This movie is a master piece… so relatable that it got me goose bumps. It made me emosh and got me tearing at some point. The part where Etim said “Sometimes , is the people we love that don’t see our true value until is too late”. was my highlight. Kudos to all the cast , they all killed their roles but the mum’s role did it do me. More grace to you ma’am @OmoniObolitv
This is the best movie I have watched so far, It reflects so much on how most parents keep repeating the cycle of how badly they were treated while growing up and therein damaging their children, removing joy from their lives. To them they don't want you to suffer not knowing they're keeping the cycle in the loop
Honestly this movie is the bomb. It literally brought tears to my eyes, how you could take so much from a mother who doesn't appreciate you and still stay strong and love her unconditionally. The movie actually teaches that love conques all.
Great storyline. Everyone nailed their roles. The movie is full of lessons. I enjoyed it, shed a few tears, smiled and laughed too. Firstborns are automatic Assistant parents but no parent should treat a child who is carrying the burden of the family like this. Welldone to the cast and crew.
Family can be our greatest source of pain, leaving us with traumatic experiences only God can heal. As someone who takes care of my entire nuclear family I really can relate. It's a sacrifice and a heavy one at that. Everyone looks to me so I realised early to look to God so he can pour into me to still do this Godly but costly work I have been positioned to do. I pray God blesses me with a good man someday cos that's what everyone keeps asking. I cried watching this movie
The intense satisfaction of watching a movie from beginning to end without skipping, this is what you get when professionals do the job, the delivery is perfection 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Exactly, no fast forwarding 😂. I normally watch Nollywood movies within 30mins. Every scene was relevant and important. This is one of the best movies I have watched.
This movie is so touching and filled with so many lessons. I have cried my eyes out. This is a master piece. Every family needs to watch this movie. The burden and heavy expectations placed on first borne and bread winners of the family is too much. It’s sad that not only first borne go through these unrealistic expectations, every bread winner of the family does. Thank you @OmoniOboliTV for this great master piece.
Now, how do i ever recover from this magnitude of treachery from a mother? This is insanely traumatizing!! Even with her realizing her mistakes and turning over a new leaf at the end, i would still be scared 😳 and wary of her. It has nothing to do with being unforgiving but the negative effect of her wickedness. What!! 😢 It’s such a riveting story well written and played 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Thank you ma for this masterpiece; we should get to 2m views and more cause this movie deserves to be seen by all. Amen 🙏. ❤❤
@@hillylove35 I have noticed that children that were abused physically or Verbally always find it hard to stand up for themselves especially the girls, I have a friend that is always scared to even talk her parents be it father or mother because they have always shunned her and do not give her space to express herself sometimes I see her as foolish while other times I just feel pity for her.
All I can say is wow!! My emotions were all over the place with this one. The mother was so wicked. I was glad her children finally realized how badly she treated the elder sister. This was a great watch. Loved it. ❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥
That conversation at the Beach. So sweet. I watched it so many times. I am desperate for you, I am desperate but not impatient, the soft touch and the calmness. So sweet 🥰
What a beauuuuuutiful movie. They couldn’t have chosen a more mother for this role. She executed her role with perfection! All the characters were outstanding in interpreting their roles. Great job guys. Many points/life lessons learned from this movie. Daniel, you out did yourself again in this one. ❤
Definitely would have sent them out! There are so many wrong directions things could have gone for her just because she kept condoning their wickedness and sheer insensitivity. You took in the same mother who threw you out, only for her to come in with your immature siblings and then spend your money recklessly, steal your money and hand it foolishly to scammers and even mock you for being single. I really hope no woman is living like this in the real world.. She could have committed suicide out of frustration if that guy didn't come along, the brother could have ended up ruining her financially, the sister could have died. So many terrible possible endings 😂
This movie is everything. In the beginning I thought Adesuwa is not her child with the way she treated her. This movie brought out lots of emotions, I cried so much. I was just praying Idia didn't die when they were trying to reach her. Jason is a man indeed. Great movie!!!
Me too. Later, I thought maybe the other 2 too weren't hers, and she was lax on them to bring them to ruin while her daughter is doing "well" with a lot of abuse.
This is unfortunately the sad tale of many first borns, especially in Africa...it's why I'd always recommend living abroad if you're a first born...or just far away enough...not ideal but it works. Great story, amazing actors and incredible interpretation! ❤
Haaaa this movie. I was elated, cried, laughed, cringed, smiled you name it. In fact eh, my jaws are aching from the range of emotions I experienced watching this. My heart is both dire and satiated. God, what is this? This movie is a MUST-WATCH🎉 Jam-packed filled with lessons. Chai mehn, take your flowers 🌹 🌺 🌸 @OmoniOboliTv. All the cast members were on point on this one. Great job all.
OMG....the best movie i have watch and i so resonate with the story. Everyone deserves an award in this movie for playing their role sooo well. I cried myself out and also laugh myself out. Thank you Omoni - our ageless African Queen❤
This movie stirred a lot of emotions in me. I cried, i laughed, it resonated… Loved it. Sure deserves to be on Netflix and some accolades. Every character in the movie killed it 😊❤
wow. so greatly packed with lessons. at first i thought 'adesuwa might not be her child' How would a mother think so lowly of her own. Poverty was not to blame, the mother was not just a mother, even to the other children. in all, great job to all the casts and team. it was worth the time. thank you.💜
Yasssssss!!! Not the regular degular African movies I’ve been seeing on here lately! THIS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS WORTH WATCHING! KUDOS TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO HAD A HAND IN THIS PRODUCTION‼️💋
Daniel sure dropped interesting lessons in this movie... I literally had tears in my eyes, what some first born like us go through is awful and heart piercing.... And the way some mothers sell of their daughters for material things is appalling This movie has a lot to teach this generation💯 I enjoyed every part of it❤❤❤❤ More inspiration ma'am @Omoni Oboli...
True love is such a beautiful thing. Kudos to Jason, he is so full of wisdom, patience, integrity....a quiet storm to be reckoned with. Overall an amazing cast. This so called mother makes the devil look like a saint. Not every woman who as a child deserves to be a ....MOTHER! Absolutely impeccable writing...the world is waiting for more. Blessings.
10 mins into the movie and I can totally relate. Aunty Omoni, thank you for letting the world know what most of us have been subjected to in the name of first born daughter.
I'm a 1st Born female child , I cried throughout because I go through the same $hit.. So relatable.. God pass everybody that's my greatest saving grace
This is such a beautiful movie. Loved it from beginning to end. The emotional roller coaster I was on had me laughing, smiling and crying. All the actors did a spectacular job and the writing was unmatched. The universal storyline can be appreciated in any country and culture. Much ❤ 🇺🇸
35 minutes into this movie, I had to pause to make this comment… beautiful script!! I mean it doesn’t feel like I’m seeing a movie but people’s everyday life. Well done 👏👏👏
If there is one thing I am happy about is the fact that Omoni Oboli TV is on RUclips cause she gives premium content. Movies with moral lessons and top notch production. I love that this movie highlighted the burden that is sometimes placed on children through black tax and unrealistic expectations of parents and some family members (sense of entitlement irks me). I get that we need to love our family members and all but I mean, a line has to be drawn before someone breaks down in the name of assisting family cause they will move on and survive of anything happens. Well done to the cast and crew. I love the mom (Chinyere Wilfred) and her dramatic self.
Incredible! As a first born, I can say I can relate but not this worse not even close. This story line is a real eye opener to parents that treat first borns anyhow. Kudos to the cast and crew members.❤❤❤
I am also a first born and my mother or siblings never treated me that way, I was never expected to be the ATM machine. The audacity of this entitled ungrateful p o💩mother.
Adesuwa patient is heaven on earth. I can't tolerate nonsense all in the name of family. This is toxic. Toxic people can be avoided even though they are family members. Love them from a distance. If not they will drain one mentally. You need to be mentally sound to make more money.
Absolutely...I would not let her anywhere near me or my child..attempting to her her own grandchild is more than CRUEL...ITS DOWNRIGHT EVIL !! A HORRIBLE WOMAN.
Absolutely amazing piece of work! Unique storyline, brings out the unfortunate expectations pegged on first borns in the African society. Perfect delivery by the cast. As always Daniel Etim Effiong did not disappoint. Always love watching him. Everything was on point. Good job. Happy and Blessed 2024 from KENYA!
EXCELLENT MOVIE!!! A GREAT happily ever after Daniel was what she needed, when she needed him. He brought an amazing dynamic to the family. The mother was disgusting and the sad thing is there are many more like her.
Wow 😢.... I have a best scene ever. Never seen it before in any nollymovie... The beach scene close to the car.... Mine oh mine... The chemistry, the words, the emotions, the scenario...gush and that guy.... Kai... You just know how to warm hearts to any ... The way you carried that moment... It's way out of this world. And Omoni... You just know how to play it so well .. but I love the man you chose for the role. I'm really touched by the scene... 😢. " I desperate but not impatient. So I will wait for you" the very striking to my heart lines... 😊
What did I just watch! 😭😭 This movie is too good to be on RUclips. This is Netflix stuff! Beautiful story. Too many lessons to take away. And lastly, shout out to all first children carrying heavy burdens. God be with you.
Watching this movie I can relate with some parts especially the siblings who always want what they want without caring how the elder sister got it for them or even her feelings... Any Mother like Adesuwa's Mum should not have the blessing of being a mother.. That was wickedness Promax, premium evil from a Mother to her child... Great storyline great cast and great delivery... Sometimes we all need that caring stranger to set things straight in our lives just Jason as usual my Guy Daniel is on point... Thank you Omoni for reminding me how strong I have been all these years ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank,God ,I never had a mother like this. Neither a life. A very good and educative movie. Better than some movies I have been watching that is called love movies.
My gosh... Amazing movie... Could literally feel the weight of being a first born daughter in this movie...Adesua and Jason's chemistry was amazing ❤❤ Everyone played their part so well. . Daniel Etim, scarlet gomez
As usual, over delivered. Thank you for keeping us glued here. A fantastic story line, so many siblings are holding grudges because of this entitlement mindset & they feel the first born owes them a lot like he or she is the one that birth them. I hope we would do better than our parents did.
My whole life in a movie playing out, though my mom was never mean nor demanding but the high expectations rested solely on me as an only girl child with 2brothers...God bless every firstborn child, the tears in the dark, struggles and hidden prayers,May God answer it all🙏
I love my mother and siblings but never would I allow such blatant disrespect and disregard from them. Such entitlement and arrogance. I’m livid and I’m isn’t halfway. Hats off and much respect to you Omoni Oboli , you have my emotions all over the place👏🏼
I got so emotional, the story is too close to home. Well done to the cast and crew. Beautifully story well told. I hope we heal before we become damaged goods.
Father in heaven give me the grace and power to be a responsible mother not only to my kids but to generations Amen 🙏 and Amen 🙏 Alot to learn in d movie ❤
The scene where the Mom apologized was such an emotional one. Lovely ending as well. Everyone did such an amazing job, especially the actors 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
This is a movie!!! From the cast, to the story line, the slang the language switches, sound, everything! I least expected this kind of movie on RUclips! This is truly amazing. I cried, I laughed and loved the fact that it had a happy ending. Family is always everything❤ Beautiful story ❤❤
I am just catching up... Oh My G... This movie... Is a Classic... I loved the fact that 3/4 generation of actors were captured... Super amazing... Loved to see Chinyere Wilfred back on the spotlights.. Great Great story line... Perfect Cast and Crew.. It was a 100% . Thank u Ma @omoni for this great watch👍👍👍
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ABOUT 10 YEARS I CRIED TO A NIGERIAN MOVIE. God bless the early actors and God bless you Omoni Oboli. In fact it is not the cry that makes this movie special but the fact that it tells a story so well. Well done!

This movie really deserves an award 🥉 Many lessons to learn from .it’s shocking to see that African mothers still portray such character traits 😮Nice acting guys 😘🥰 I just love this Scarlet Gomez
I just love the fact that your movies is not just the regular love love stuff but has an impact on lives.
Loved your comment! I can relate and thank you for your comment, blessings from JESUS!!
Yeah when we have nasty greedy mothers like this
So true
Scarlet actually killed it for me. I love her acting; her laughter and cry is really contagious ❤
Who else agrees that Adesuwa's mom delivered her role so so well. That woman is good.
She really did it the role was for her
I hated her so much😂😂 that's how good she was
That's true
She’s my grandma in another person. Pressure all day all night everywhere 😏
She's a great actress... Always delivers
This movie deserve the biggest publicity it can get .i cried 😢, laughed 😂 and had mixed emotions in between...God this is a really good script 💯❤️😩
You are so right , the moment when the elder sister was in the car talking to Daniel as she said i am tired made me 😢😭 i thought she was so undeserving of the treatment she got , it left me angry at the mother and siblings.
Very true
I am a grown man yet I cried and laughed
It really deserve all massive publicity and international viewing..... This is a relatable story and it's real life staring us on the face.....
Many people I know have suffered this sort of emotional blackmail from the ones that seems to be their own, Family.....
This movie is just it...
And by the way.... Blood isn't always Thicker than Water and is Ok to walk away...
Even the Bible says "There is a friend that stick closer than a brother"... Jesus also said "Only those with the interest of my Father which is His Interest are His Brothers and not just really those that came out from the same Womb"....
Me too
I loveeeeee this movie and I've been preaching this to my friends who are already parents. Your first child is still a child. Don't make them grow up too fast to resent you for blaming them for their younger one's mistakes. If a younger one does something wrong, let them have it. Don't tell the elder one that they're learning such behaviour from them. I'd share this with my oldest sister ❤
Amen
😮
This movie has triggered me so much I am struggling to finish it without breaking down which is an indication that I should work through my family heartaches. While some of us are not first borns. This is our story . 😢 Thank you Omo.. you've blessed me
This is a great movie. Being a first child, I can relate to this especially when your siblings see your sacrifice as nothing. May God bless all first borns out there.

You're too good ..wow 👍 ❤🎉
This movie is a true interpretation of SOME FAMILY MEMBERS SHOULD BE LOVED AND KEPT AT ARMS LENGTH!
And at the same time a well crafted edutainment about, not just Nigerian but African economic growth and development.
I bow in respect for Omoni Oboli's craftmanishp. Always looking out for a new lesson in ever y one of her movies. 👌👏❤
I actually loved Osas in this movie o! It's my first time watching him and he delivered his script 💯 Hope to see more of him

I am SO SO glad the movie was recommended. Well scripted storyline, beautiful cinematography, great performance by all cast members. This was a masterpiece for the books.
Favorite Quotes.
"I want to spoil you, if you will let me" ,
"I am desperate for you"
"A man who must scream at the top of his voice that he is a man to compel others to treat him as such must be considered an animal".
I could see this movie being streamed on Netflix and/or Amazon Prime 😍😍😍😍😍😍.
Bravo to the entire production.
This is so lovely. Loved every part
😂😂😂you funny
Family can be our greatest source of pain, leaving us with traumatic experiences only God can heal. As someone who takes care of my entire nuclear family I really can relate. It's a sacrifice and a heavy one at that. Everyone looks to me so I realised early to look to God so he can pour into me to still do this Godly but costly work I have been positioned to do. I pray God blesses me with a good man someday cos that's what everyone keeps asking. I cried watching this movie
God will do that for you,Amen.
Amen
I have learnt not to let them drain me for something they cannot do for themselves..the entitlement is too much and sickening
Dear Omoli,
You have outdid yourself again.
The quality of this movie is topnitch
"An entitlement mentality will only make you crippled,no one owes you nothing, work hard for you "wowwwwww, I'll watch this movie again ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This hit me so hard. The truth
Absolutely 💯 ❤
The intense satisfaction of watching a movie from beginning to end without skipping, this is what you get when professionals do the job, the delivery is perfection 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Exactly, no fast forwarding 😂. I normally watch Nollywood movies within 30mins. Every scene was relevant and important. This is one of the best movies I have watched.
No cap👏👏👏👏
This movie deserves an award
I shared tears all through gush

Heh!!! Didn’t skip a minute and went back to rewatch 😂😂
A very good movie 👌
This movie is so touching and filled with so many lessons. I have cried my eyes out. This is a master piece. Every family needs to watch this movie. The burden and heavy expectations placed on first borne and bread winners of the family is too much. It’s sad that not only first borne go through these unrealistic expectations, every bread winner of the family does. Thank you @OmoniOboliTV for this great master piece.
Totally agree with you
This movie is Top notch, a whole lots of lessons to b learnt, the lines from Daniel is dope👌👌
Scarlet Gomez is one of Nollywood's best the girl can act...❤
To the glory of GOD ! Thank you so much ❤

Amen 🙏. ❤❤
She turned a new leaf because it's a movie normally I would cut off ties with her.
It’s serious and also I don’t think I will take in all that Adesuwa endured sha
@@hillylove35 I have noticed that children that were abused physically or Verbally always find it hard to stand up for themselves especially the girls, I have a friend that is always scared to even talk her parents be it father or mother because they have always shunned her and do not give her space to express herself sometimes I see her as foolish while other times I just feel pity for her.

That conversation at the Beach. So sweet. I watched it so many times. I am desperate for you, I am desperate but not impatient, the soft touch and the calmness. So sweet 🥰
This movie made me re appreciate the gift I have in my mother. GOD BLESS HER I HOPE I MAKE HER PROUD
What a beauuuuuutiful movie. They couldn’t have chosen a more mother for this role. She executed her role with perfection! All the characters were outstanding in interpreting their roles. Great job guys. Many points/life lessons learned from this movie. Daniel, you out did yourself again in this one. ❤
Awww “I’m desperate for you but I’m not impatient “ that line got me🥰
The line got me too.❤ Effiong is a legend. He uses his words sparingly ❤
The best line. Rewatched the part 4*
If you have a mother like this, the earlier you reject this kind of behaviour the better. It' called respect, sometimes you have to demand it.
Honestly
She’s so patient, I would have sent them out or left the house for them. Crazy mother and siblings
I swear same😂😂
Honestly so they are annoying
she got me so up set
Definitely would have sent them out! There are so many wrong directions things could have gone for her just because she kept condoning their wickedness and sheer insensitivity.
You took in the same mother who threw you out, only for her to come in with your immature siblings and then spend your money recklessly, steal your money and hand it foolishly to scammers and even mock you for being single.
I really hope no woman is living like this in the real world..
She could have committed suicide out of frustration if that guy didn't come along, the brother could have ended up ruining her financially, the sister could have died.
So many terrible possible endings 😂
From the moment they started
This movie is everything. In the beginning I thought Adesuwa is not her child with the way she treated her. This movie brought out lots of emotions, I cried so much. I was just praying Idia didn't die when they were trying to reach her.
Jason is a man indeed. Great movie!!!
Yes, I thought so, too, because of the way her mother was treating her .
Me too. Later, I thought maybe the other 2 too weren't hers, and she was lax on them to bring them to ruin while her daughter is doing "well" with a lot of abuse.
I'm so addicted to Daniel Etim's movies😭
He's so good. I've literally watched all his movies.
Me too. Guess I started the movie because I saw him

Totally agree speaking from experience, they don't even care about you just what you bring to the table
If you decide to be a responsible child In an African home, that's what you have to go through most times.
I dont like their mom biko, she is jt annoying me 😢😢😢

As usual, over delivered. Thank you for keeping us glued here. A fantastic story line, so many siblings are holding grudges because of this entitlement mindset & they feel the first born owes them a lot like he or she is the one that birth them. I hope we would do better than our parents did.
My point exactly that entitlement mindset, irritates me to the core
