Hi T, thanks for the review! Just got the baseus battery pack and plugged it in to charge it. I'm wondering if it's working properly because all the lights are off. so it doesn't look like it's charging. When I presse the power button it'll blink several times.. Could it be that it's not working properly? Should I return it?

I charged my iPhone from this power bank only once a year ago. And now the power bank doesn't work or charge, I'm disappointed
Should see if it's covered under the warranty. I have been using it consistently and have had any issues.
Does it overheat your iphone when using it? Mine is an Iphone 15 plus and I’m worried that it might overheat
Yes, the phone's back gets warm to the touch which generally happens with all wireless chargers.
@@TechWithT Oh alright, what I do to fix that is place a fan to provide moving air so my phone wont overheat (wired and wireless).
But can you also help me with this question. I bought this exact Baseus powerbank in blue, and it has like a weird smell on it since I first opened it. After a month, the wireless top part of the powerbank showed a bump which lifts up my iphone when wireless charging. So I contacted the seller I bought it from and they send me a new one for free, when I smelled the new one, there wasn’t that same weird smell from my old powerbank. What should I do?

Yes is it. Given if you are using a case with the phone it's magsafe compatible.
Just had it for a month and it stopped working. Not sure what happened.. I've never dropped it, never had water anywhere near it, never overheated it.
That is unfortunate to hear. Mine has been working without any issues so far. Baseus has been responsive every time I reached out to them so would suggest contacting them for a warranty replacement if you already haven't.

Yes it is given you either use a magsafe compatible case for android phones that have wireless charging capability or charge via the USB-C cable.
