I’ve never been more disgusted then when I opened last years mosaic blasters. This years extra $5 made it an easy decision for me to pass not to mention the awful base design
I was going to throw money away on a blaster of topps chrome a couple weeks ago at walmart. I rang it up and it was 45 freakin' dollars, i had them take it off
I just bought one blaster due to the price tag...nothing crazy though I did get a Wemby City Limits Green Prizm and then a regular Wemby base. 2 Wemby's in 1 box got me to baseline but after watching more openings...I think I'm going to retire from 2023-24 Mosaic until they somehow lower the cost to $20.
I probably should keep my Select Lightning Lane Wemby red swash. Considering 1. Wemby cards can be hard to pull & 2. Wemby numbered cards are extremely hard to pin down.
Honestly the design and subsets are fine. The problem is the price. If they were 20 bucks I could live with a $7 return. It’s fun, make some sets, etc. but at these prices you can’t afford to make a set of worthless cards for $400 worth of blisters and still be 20 cards short. I did buy three blisters and only got like two doubles so that was kind of impressive.
Mosaic basketball is horrible even with the few new additions with the case hits and the seismics it pails in comparison to select, optic or prizm. I haven't had any desire to even buy a box and your rip lessens that desire even more lol
I mean I don’t think it’s a terrible deal, I’ve opened three boxes so far that I got from target and pulled three Wemby rookie cards. Two of them are worth anywhere from 40 to 60 and the other two go for about 15 and 30 bucks. Those are just my best balls But I honestly enjoy opening these boxes. I’ve yet to get a script or a numbered card though which I’m really hoping to get soon. Just started collecting last month
Yikes.... Picked up three Select football today! Pulled a ZEBRA diecut Premier Level Luke Musgrove! Three Bryce Young rookies, one Richardson rookie, but sadly no Stroud.
I can 100% relate. I buy mosaic every year and normally get absolutely nothing. Typically I buy football but today I decided to grab one blaster from Target and hit a Genesis Devin Booker. Those are the moments that reinforce the love for the hobby and make you forget how much money you wasted on all the bust boxes haha.
City Edition is just the City jersies everyone was wearing this season with the different color courts and stuff. Another "Parallel" for them to water down everything basketball. Just awful. Mosaic is nothing it used to be, feel Select is miles above even retail wise this year. Two Autos aint bad though!

Case hits being in this year in addition to silver and #'d Wembys makes this a buy for me imo - got lucky enough to hit a Genesis, a Dame /299 and silver Wemby in mine ✊

Great channel. Degen is chill and I've hit up his ebay store multiple times. he's awesome. this product is not great, it looks good but it is watered down. panini needs to put more autos and awesome hits in. I watch all DEGEN RIPS

I noticed some beautiful print lines on the first card of most of your packs. Lovely, Panini. I think Mosaic also has the worst inserts.
