This made me anxious and depressed. For three months I couldnt sleep properly. I stopped functioning properly. I used to love gardening, reading, cycling but I couldnt do anything. I cant seem to talk to anyone else. It's not necessary to marry anyone. I want to be at peace. That's it. Already, I have never been in any relationship. Being a very emotional and old school person, I wanted to just be with one person , marry and have kids. I even went to a psychiatrist. She gave me selective serotonins but it was my mistake to not take those meds. I will try this meditation. This is all karmic yar.

Breathing exercises - Vajrasan or Chair legs @ 90degrees, inhale from nose, exhale with full force through clenched teeth + hand movements 21 x 1 or 2 3. Meditation in Shavasan position P.S: Open space, exhale with full force, hands and spine needs to be straight and legs in 90 degree angle if sitting on a chair.
