As a self defense adherent, I can garantee you that : Yeji and Ryujin punch with enough strength and stability to make your nose bleed if they ever punch you in the face- (this is an example -), Yuna also understood perfectly the way to strike well, cuz as you can see when she punches the boxing bag her hip follow the movement and she keep her balance well (if you loose balance when punching your strike will do nothing it will be too loose) Lia also have the great reflexe to hit with her elbows when she plays with the boxing bag in her back : this is a real self defense tip and that's something you can try if someone attacks you in your back. I don't know what to say about Chaeryeong, there's no much extracts of her in that documentary, but she looks actually very focused and determinated, I hope this boxing session would help her to evacuate all the hate and bullying she received by the past ❤
