Doubles have changed throughout the years from what I’ve seen and noticed. They used to be a thicker bara with thicker channa, but now the bara is very thin with the channa being made less thicker
Trini doubles sell in N.Y. Not only NYC all over in U.S.A & Canada. Just so you know if you were to leave Trinidad to live in North America you will find foods from all over the world here. There are communities of every country in U.S.A. In Liberty Ave. aka little Guyana, New York every corner there is one Guyanese and Trinidad restaurant.
