Just started watching your videos and finding them very informative.Geez.. let this piano not be returned to that High school! Let him liver the rest of his life in a safer/loving environment.
Thanks Brigham!
Nice Steinway D. But it's in a high school... you know the kids will destroy it one day eventually.
Third time lucky...hopefully. People have such disrespect for beautiful pianos, don’t they? I’m sure you’ll do a fantastic job of it.
And hopefully they stop letting the 'kids' push the piano around.
Cool channel. Nice to see the pianos that come through your shop. But you guys really need to step up on the video and audio quality. Blurry and shaky camera work. Low audio quality. It's 2023. The quality is not on par with other piano channels out there like Living Pianos or Merriam Music.
What about the action?
Time to get 'those darn kids' away from it. I imagine the casters will be next to go. Why not permanently put it on a spider dolly?
I'm sorry but the term demolished for the current condition was a bit of over exaggeration. The legs were easily repairable from a poor design by Steinway. I could have made new legs from scratch in a couple of hours. The repaint is a bit of prep and 1 spray gun of paint and primer with 1 gun load lacquer. I don't believe cosmetic upgrades quite fit demolished.
Do you ever listen / review what you post here cos the audio is soooo poor C'mon you can do better than this!!!!!
