หนีหนาวอันแสนทรหดกันมา มาเจอหนาวน้อยที่เมืองไทย แต่คนไทย โอ้ยยยยหนาววมากกกแต่ก็ชอบ เพราะร้อนมากมาทั้งปี ดูได้จากการหม่ำ ไอติม แต่ชาวท้องถิ่น ขอพักไว้ก่อน😆😆😁 แค่มี กระทิจากมะพร้าวผสมกับน้ำเชื่อม หรือน้ำตาล ก็ เข้าสูตร ทำไอศกรีมกินเองได้แล้ว ทุกอย่างไม่สังเคราะห์อร่อยแบบธรรมชาติ 👍

1. in thai is call (Rad-Na) pork/chicken/seafood *Fried noodles with + pork or seafood in thick gravy
2. in thai is call (Pad-See-Ew) pork/chicken *Stir fried Noodle with black soy sauce
3. American fried rice But in American there is no sale just Thailand only
If you're want to cooking Pad Thai you should go buy pad thai sauce in the supermarket and the sachet will tell you how to cook it. It very easy if you had ingredient set.

So many Khao Soi, Khao Mok Gai, Patongo, Jok, Som Tam - my son usually had a pad Thai and a mango shake everyday! Think we had breakfast most day at Nasi Krabu in Ao Nang. I had jok and my son had Khao mok gai with fried chicken. They also have roti which you can get savoury with curry dipping sauce Malaysian style - so yum!
