Gary shouldn’t have drove it in the power shift mode and he must have done it in high range aswell considering how little gears he had to go up and down
How do you know ? You don't maybe ask him because you weren't there 🙄
@@ianbermingham9047 You have not drove a 4220 before so. He is flicking the joystick which means he is in the power shift mode so I don’t really know what you are trying to get at.
We find powershift mode is best in these situations as you can lug her down better. We tried it in ordinary Drive and Gary said it was much better in powershift mode.
Had he sent her in the first race he would have won both but he made a good showing the second run case all the way

May i say or not how amazingly skilled you look fetch back the ford tws and IH1455? First races looked better when drivers had sumert to do ralmfao

Yeah there is less physical input in the modern tractor but you have to know how to set up your machine for different tasks as a few different settings programmed in makes a huge difference !
But yeah for this style of video the old girls with a good pilot look cool 😎
Yes,these are push the button races.Best pulling videos are the ones with good old gearshifting,make's a difference if one can actually drive.
