It's a lot for him to call up MITO again and again and be in different places constantly so his diet and sleep and exercise is all over the place. His bipolar is already really bad and he tries to be very consistent with self care, but the roller coaster of a tour throws that out the window.
From what I know about DID, other personalities can come into existence knowing they are seperate or recognizing that they are different people. Sometimes they will have a name, other times they will choose a name. Most of the time they will hide their identities and perform as the main personality to everyone else. Hopefully that answers your question. 🤗 Edit: just wanted to say it is also possible for other personalities to not know they are a part of what other people with DID call a "system" or be aware of the multiple personalities! And, just to add for fun, Mito was a name given by Christian for Mito's characterization. It is currently unknown if he had a name previous, but from what we know through lives they were already aware of each other before the lore started. 😊
I'm very worried abt him on this tour. I hope he takes these experiences and makes changes to protect his health going forward.
