Thanks for your input. I about to start the finish on a house specified all FF and FF max. Been using the stuff since it hit the market but never finished an entire house with it. I’m very well qualified for my customers build. 100% paperless system with sound reduction elements. Cool stuff to start the year off with.
@@kyleclemente5939 was the FibaFuse Max specified by an engineer? What situation was the extra strength needed? It's hard to imagine what needs more strength than regular FibaFuse! Maybe an old house that moves a lot haha.
Don’t trust regular Ff to tape flats in a new construction? I love the stuff. Just would like your opinion.
No definitely I trust fibafuse. It's great
this is IF you use a hard setting quickset mud. normal joint compund, it will not work any better than other fiberglass mesh tape.
How about the regular unreinforced fibafuse?
Yeah it's good stuff, I prefer it is not so thick
Any benefit using FfMax for butt joints rather than regular stuff?
Not really, if anything if feels a little thick in comparison, I think it was all I had left that day
