Tina, how do you feel about making a specific bodycare video? Best bodycare is always underrated! And do rate them based on moisturization/fragrance- stuff you use when want to smell good or stuff you used when you a compromised skin barrier or everyday use everything !!! Even body mists will be welcomed
I love great body-care recommendations too! Tina mentioned the Skin Food serum in this video (the one that came in the poorly conceived bottle which looked like balsamic vinegar from a picnic table, ahem), and when I was in Japan a few days ago I too bought something from the Skin Food range and found THAT to be waaaaay too harsh to use on my face too. It was a sugar scrub mask and the exfoliating granules were like sharp, jagged little rocks. Absolutely horrible. I don't want to chuck it out so will use it on my feet, elbows and knees. Does that brand have issues across their entire line when it comes to harshness?! Horrible. I do NOT recommend it either and after hearing Tina here echoing my suspicions, I won't go near them again. So much else to choose from out there. Time for body care vids and recommendations, hear hear!
I’m glad you’ve started involving your partner more because I love your videos and suggestions, but I also have combo skin so have had to take some of your suggestions with a pinch of salt. Now I know what will really work with my skin!
Hairdresser here! You should try the pureology strength cure line, for a pre shampoo treatment you should get a nice coconut oil like the OGX coconut oil is a good one. For a leave in, the IGK good behavior would be good for your hair type. If you’d like to spurge… the shu uemura urban moisture would be incredible for your hair with their camellia oil and overnight serum :) hope this helps!
The numbuzin no1 cream is amazing for my combo skin as a general moisturizer in the colder months!!! I do need a gel or none (in the am) during the warmer months so the medium moisturizers act as heavy ones for combo/oily skin during fall/winter :))
Also remember this is something she does as content so she will go through a lot more then normal people to be able to make these videos! Plus it's between two people as well
Just wanted to pop in and say hello Tina, as I'm so happy I found your channel and have been binge watching all your videos! You are my favorite RUclipsr! I absolutely love watching you and taking recommendations from you as well! I don't always write in the comments but I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy watching you and how I take your recommendations very seriously. You're the best and I truly love your videos ❤ Have a wonderful day! A die hard fan from Florida! 💥💥💥💥💥
Hey Tina, My name is Elemi and I'm from India. I have a dry skin and since a long time I was in search of products that suits my skin. I came across your RUclips channel last year during the winters when my skin was the most dry ,dehydrated, irritated. Since I came across your RUclips channel I have Been regularly watching your videos as following someone who had similar skin type was so much better for me as I could use the recommended products. And yes I have been using your recommended products like Numbuzin no 3 serum, Naturie hatomugi skin conditioning milk, hada labo gokujyun premium lotion, Pair acne uv cream and I'm glad that it all works wonders for me. I just want to say thank you as your videos proved me so much helpful. Keep on uploading more content.I love to see you on your channel. Lots of 💕 (I hope you see this message soon, I'll be very happy) 😌😁
⭐️Thank you for your thorough reviews. I’ve tried a few of your recommendations a few months back and then life got crazy so I didn’t get a chance to say anything, lol. I did finally order some D’alba products and can’t wait to try them. I also have dry skin so I watch your videos when I get some free time and appreciate the time and efforts you take to put into every informative video because some stuff you went over I was tempted to buy but worried it would be a waste so thank you so much for saving me time and regrets😊♥️
I hope you do a kokorojapanstore only haul 🥹 also a video reviewing limited edition rohto melty cream lip balm flavors! (indian chai, strawberry cheese, sicilian lemonade, umeshu etc)
Hi Tina, so glad you mentioned the cosrx ac collection patches. Been using them for years and I much prefer them to the regular ones as not only do theh come in diff sizes but they seem to stick on much better and I can do the rest of my skincare on top of them easily! Loved the video as usual ❤
If your skin is hypersensitive, I would head back to the Curel Foaming Wash. It’s easy-ish to get and also lasts for ages. I am ancient (50’s) with sensitive/sensitized skin. I think this and the Rovectin gel are my faves.
I tried a few Japanese haircare products but I always found them very drying and stripping, although they were drugstore so probably not unlike the western drugstore ones which I to be terrible too. I use high end haircare normally, so would love to see what Japanese high end/ salon branded haircare is like
I have found that silk protein mists or treatments are the best for smoothing hair. However, I have seen some discussion that mentioned that Ayurvedic haircare is best for scalp health and scent. Complex to try though.
you're honestly the best skincare creator! thanks for sharing such helpful and fun posts! would love to see your skincare routines and day in my life / vlog style vids! ⭐⭐
I've been trying out Virtue's Flourish line for hair growth and while it's too soon to tell how well it works for me, it's been leaving my hair feeling softer & stronger. The 'density booster' serum has a strangely alluring smell that helps with regular use, hahah (though I also tend to do wash days as opposed to every day). They are NOT cheap however, so try to snag the travel kit on a discount if you're interested! x
✨ Enjoyed your review 🙂. I am happy to see you included some hair products you have tried. Have you heard of Fable & Mane? There is a prewash oil you would apply to the scalp before you shower. I have heard it would help strengthen the hair. I have fine hair and due to my genes, I know I will never have nice thick hair. All I can do is reduce hair shedding. It helps to keep a log to see how much you shed in the shower when trying products to know if certain products are helping if the main concern is the amount of shedding.
⭐ Awesome video as usual Tina. Loved all the Klairs mentions. I've been using some of their items lately including the Rich Moist Serum and cleansing oil. I also really really like the Benton Ceramide moisturizer. Do you use Benton much? Haven't seen it that often..
Hello Tina! I found you in RUclips when I was on my holiday in Japan early June this year and you made me bought Covermark milk cleanser, Decorte serum, Hada Labo line (i got toner and moisturiser), naturie hatomugi skin conditioner and some products of canmake. The recent one that I bought because of you is the numbuzn 3, which you said one of those you can’t live without and I’m kinda little sad that all those weren’t included in your recent empties. Just wanna say they all work for me! I’m yet to figure out the numbuzn 3 though but thank you! I know you have more sponsors now (congratulations) and I’m just wondering if you still use those that I mentioned. Anyways, more power to you! 💕
You ARE the Star Tina!!!! Thank youuuu always for your recommendations! I bought the midnight creamKlairs andthe Mugworth Toner on your recommendations and they were true game changer for my skin thank you soooo much >
Just a heads up! Olaplex no 3 and Coco & Eve are both pre shampoo treatments, the difference being that Coco & Eve doesnt have the same active ingredient, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate since its proprietary to Olaplex! 😊😊😊😊
Any oily skin girls have used the d'alba first spray serum before? I’m super to tempted to buy it since Tina recommends it but not sure if it’s oily skin girl friendly.
I think they also do a pink version of the spray which is meant to be less rich? Iirc tina also enjoyed that one but prefers the og because it has more glow haha. Personally as another oily skinned girl with some texture, I've accepted that glow just don't really look good on me even though that's the trend rn.
⭐⭐ I love watching your reviews. I'm curious about Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Tencel Sheet Mask for fall season. And Lululun masks sound great. I wanna buy it when traveling to Tokyo.
Love your videos, though I admit your Japan trip video was released like 3 weeks after I went to Japan and I was like DAMN I DIDN'T GO TO COSME!!!! I'll just have to go to Japan again 😉. Re: haircare...I'm a huge Kerastase fan (it's expensive though 😬). I've tried one of Pyunkang Yul's hair care products (the Herbal Hair Loss Tonic) and I liked it a lot. I have not tried Sachajuan's haircare, but the girls over at @BeautyWithin love it!
I recommend k18! I also find it hard to find products that make a difference in my hair and k18 has made a huge difference in reducing frizz and overall health. Quite pricey but 50ml lasts me for almost a year!
k18 did nothingggg for my hair, and I got the 150 ml (from my stylist) so I did give it a very full trial. I know it works for some, but unfortunately, not the case for me and a HUGE waste of money.
@@ceciliagoveaHow much did your stylist charge you for the 150 ml size? I've been thinking about asking my new stylist to hook me up with that size, so I'd like to know what to expect in price if possible.
I live in a dry climate all year around. It gets really dry during winter. I tried a couple of creams last winter and none of the creams worked during the PM 😞. I saw a video EuniUnni suggested mixing a facial oil into the cream. That helped kept my skin moisturized all night!
Can anybody tell me the characteristics of the Aestura cream 😭🫶🏼I wanna order it but I’m wondering if it has any flaws people don’t talk about , like does it peel under makeup or have a greasy feel etc?
How do you have so many empties? 😭 I've barely gotten through products that I bought in Japan at the beginning of the year! 😆 For anyone with sensitive, dry, combo skin I recommend : • Mediheal Watermide Toner Pad • Yuskin Cream (Orange one) • Purito dermide balancing barrier balm • House of Rose Original Oh! baby body scrub • Cezanne Tone Up Base UV PINK • Dettol anti-bacterial bodywash Original • Curel cleansing gel • DHC Olive Concentrated Cleansing Oil • NIVEA UV Super Water 50 Gel I really wanna try Atobarrier 365 cream for winter but it's expensive here ☹️ Thanks for the video!
