I was right there about 4 weeks ago. Had a mild heart attack and ended up having to have a triple coronary bypass. Totally out of the blue. I had been having some strange symptoms the previous weeks, but it went south with a worrying new symptom, and I scheduled to go in to my urgent care provider. We were at the airport to pick up some friends from out of country for a visit when I called the urgent care. I drove to the aiirport, and to the urgent care after picking them up! That's how mild it was, but they quickly determined what was going on and scheduled me for surgery the next day. I'm at home recovering now, getting stronger every day, with a good prognosis to get back to full health. It doesn't appear my heart was damaged significantly, so I should have a good long life, just with a few extra blood pathways for it. Much love, Johnny. Get well soon!

Sounds like dehydration w/ a fainting spell ~ stay hydrated in AZ with lots of electrolytes. After working at CCAFS for 3 years, I found that dill pickles/juice works well in replacing everything you sweat out. Especially when eating fire. You remind me so much of my dad who passed away recently. He was a big pepper head, thanks to his Mexican lineage. I miss him so much. He always used to bust my chops because unfortunately, I'm no pepper head, lol. Had a blood pressure scare myself recently, got up to 230/150, I'm in a much healthier range now. Really glad your brother was there for you, this stuff can be frightening, and having true family (related or not) there for you makes all the difference.

I actually was severely dehydrated about 2 months ago and got taken to urgent care. Same exapt symptoms as you. I was told drink gatorade with sugar. Doctor told me you need the sugar. So I feel ya bud. Its scary.
Could be severe dehydration. Did you have a pulse? You mention “sternum rub” If someone feels lite headed, and dizzy, we don’t want them to stand up, or sit them upright in a chair. Both positions can lead to fainting. Thanks for keeping us in the loop, and get well soon.
My heart rate was 31, my body temp was 92, and my blood pressure was 52/34. I wasn't breathing when my bro found me and my lips were blue. He saved my life. After spending the night in the hospital, it was dehydration. And that is all

Hang in there, I get these attacks occasionally, myself. When I say occasionally, I'm exaggerating a little, I've had a couple in the past 2 years. Luckily I pulled through and, well I'm still here. I think it's down to our era being so damn tough and resilient.
