Having just watched a few of Ian's lives where he explains everything, I believe this is during Peanut Butter & Tears and before So I danced. I think this was Ian being taken over by Mr. Insanity which we see happen at the end of Peanut Butter because Mr. Insanity steals a key. That would be why the pink people were chasing him. They knew he was changing into Mr. Insanity which none of them wants because Mr. Insanity means chaos is coming. That's why Mito is in So I Danced because he knew Ian wasn't in control anymore. Just my theory of what's going on LMAO, we won't know until Christian talks about it again. But he did say he feels his manic highs are worse than the lows which is Mito. Hope this helps! My theory is that since the end of this video ties up with the teaser, which is set before "So I Danced", it is set before all of these videos and shows him losing his sanity and being reborn (in the graveyard) with his special powers. At the start, it's Ian writing the letter to Mr Insanity, which is the first song of the album. The entire lore is based on his dreams, where, if he ventures too far into them (see lucid dreaming), it threatens the loss of his sanity. And all these adventures create Mr Insanity, who has no limit and is just out for chaos. And that's what the entire album and videos are about so far. Mito is there to stop the madness and reel in Mr Insanity to protect Ian.
