Allow me to say, I really like how you went out of your way to word most of this. I feel like a lot of times when people talk about people with these kind of interests who also happen to have disabilities they tend to send the wrong message. Like while some people try to be nice by saying these people aren't intentionally ignoring social boundries and instead simply don't know them. It's a case of nobody helping people learn boundaries. Some people on the Spectrum are like us and understand at least that "if it feels bad to have YOUR boundaries violated by something you have no interest in and find disgusting, it's the same for other people." That's usually the first lesson any kid learns, autistic or not. Then there's people on the Spectrum like ChrisChan who genuinely do not know the boundary exists, at all. Like it never crosses their mind, and then they never learn that boundary because nobody cares enough to teach them, parents included. So they turn to the internet, the internet calls them a weird LOLCow, and they slowly have their minds further twisted and demented over time until it's no longer just autism but actual mental illness borne of constant trauma brought on by emotional cyber abuse. AND THEN you have Autistic people like JustinRPG, who literally know the boundary exists but probably don't care because nobody ever punished them for overstepping or stepped in to teach them not to do that. Fetishes are generally a result of creating an association via sexual stimulation. Orgasms are by far the most stimulating thing that a human can experience, its like a drug. And there are many ways to create strange and obscure associations, but it usually has to do with body parts involved in sex (Ie booba, genitals, butts, etc), some kind of emphasis on them, and it also has a lot to do with even more stimulation, at a certain point even the strong reaction of disgust can add to that heightened feeling. There's usually a few aspects to it, for vore I imagine it is the generally latexy thing with where when you expand the stomach the rest of the body basically just becomes an outlet for those body parts I mentioned earlier. If you look at it you notice those specific parts are left untouched while the rest of the body distorts. (the belly becoming something of a canvas for the booba or butt depending on angle) And since this person has autism, I think that also is an aspect to it, see people with autism often have sensory issues, and so deep pressure feels nice to autistic people in particular (weighted blankets and such), so the fantasy of being in the stomach of a creature would probably play into that. Now for the scatt, there's a few things... Again, disgust adding to the heightened feeling, but also where does scat come from? the butt. So that's probably how that connection starts, staring at a butt, aroused by the view, now there's poop, now its being eaten. Brain wire connection made. Gross, but when you are in that state, the brain doesnt seem to care. And when you dont have any inhibitions and simply live hedonistically seeking another "high" none of the taboos really matter anymore. Sad life to live if you ask me.

Allow me to say, I really like how you went out of your way to word most of this.
I feel like a lot of times when people talk about people with these kind of interests who also happen to have disabilities they tend to send the wrong message.
Like while some people try to be nice by saying these people aren't intentionally ignoring social boundries and instead simply don't know them. It easily comes across as them saying their behaviour is rooted in their disability and not that they're an individual outside of it. Like how people way to caught up in internet crap use Chris-Chan as an example of the standard autistic person. Cause plenty of places will point the blame of Chris-Chan's actions onto their autism, it leads people who don't know much about autism to believe that every autistic person is like Chris-Chan. When in reality they're simply a part of the spectrum.
So I'm glad you pretty much said "He has Aspergers Sydrome, which is why he seems unaware that these things shouldn't be talked about so freely" and not point the blame of all his behaviours onto his diagnosis, whether directly or indirectly.

It's a case of nobody helping people learn boundaries. Some people on the Spectrum are like us and understand at least that "if it feels bad to have YOUR boundaries violated by something you have no interest in and find disgusting, it's the same for other people." That's usually the first lesson any kid learns, autistic or not.
Then there's people on the Spectrum like ChrisChan who genuinely do not know the boundary exists, at all. Like it never crosses their mind, and then they never learn that boundary because nobody cares enough to teach them, parents included. So they turn to the internet, the internet calls them a weird LOLCow, and they slowly have their minds further twisted and demented over time until it's no longer just autism but actual mental illness borne of constant trauma brought on by emotional cyber abuse.
AND THEN you have Autistic people like JustinRPG, who literally know the boundary exists but probably don't care because nobody ever punished them for overstepping or stepped in to teach them not to do that. I am 100% certain Justin KNOWS the boundary is real, and exists... but it's possible that creeping people out with his fetish is IN ITSELF PART OF HIS FETISH. Like, he gets off to knowing people are upset by it. He probably thinks it's funny and probably thinks he's trolling.

Fetishes are generally a result of creating an association via sexual stimulation.
Orgasms are by far the most stimulating thing that a human can experience, its like a drug. And there are many ways to create strange and obscure associations, but it usually has to do with body parts involved in sex (Ie booba, genitals, butts, etc), some kind of emphasis on them, and it also has a lot to do with even more stimulation, at a certain point even the strong reaction of disgust can add to that heightened feeling.
There's usually a few aspects to it, for vore I imagine it is the generally latexy thing with where when you expand the stomach the rest of the body basically just becomes an outlet for those body parts I mentioned earlier. If you look at it you notice those specific parts are left untouched while the rest of the body distorts. (the belly becoming something of a canvas for the booba or butt depending on angle)
And since this person has autism, I think that also is an aspect to it, see people with autism often have sensory issues, and so deep pressure feels nice to autistic people in particular (weighted blankets and such), so the fantasy of being in the stomach of a creature would probably play into that.
Now for the scatt, there's a few things... Again, disgust adding to the heightened feeling, but also where does scat come from? the butt. So that's probably how that connection starts, staring at a butt, aroused by the view, now there's poop, now its being eaten. Brain wire connection made. Gross, but when you are in that state, the brain doesnt seem to care.
And when you dont have any inhibitions and simply live hedonistically seeking another "high" none of the taboos really matter anymore.
