Maulik Patel, there is no need to obtain a Positive LMIA in order to obtain a PGWP. You will automatically receive a PGWP after you graduate which is valid for the same duration as your Study Permit, for a maximum of three years.

This video is really helpful. Can you please give me the list of CEC enlisted universities? It will be really helpful to select/ choice the right university. :)
Is there any data that shows the success rate of the Education ==> Permanent Residence pathway? Suppose 100 international students who want to get PR in Canada are accepted to DLI postgraduate programs. Of those 100, how many of them are able to get a good job after graduation, gain enough work experience, and be invited to apply for permanent residence under express entry? Is there any order of magnitude estimate? Maybe 0.5%, 5%, 50%? Is there any data on this? Would really appreciate any insight here.

Hi , i have pgwp for one year and i am searching for job offer to have a work periment i found a job but my pgwp still have 9 month to end how could i have one year of experience
Hello, I have a question, I've read on the CIC, that in order to apply for PGWP I must apply for a work permit within 90 days of receiving written confirmation that I completed my program... Could you please let me know if is so?
+Yazmin Olivares correct, you have to apply for your PGWP within 90 days from the date you receive your transcript or the date you graduate (receive your degree), whichever comes earlier.
Thanks for your reply but on website Implied status means the restrictions will be applied as on your previous permit and in my case I had study permit before so while wating for PGWP I had a restrictions of study permit?
+Gurjant Sarkaria We already replied to your question privately but we also wanted to post it online so others can benefit from this. We think you can “try” to count the time you spent working while under implied status. This is a gray area and based on our research, it is not well defined for CEC. Under implied status, the person must abide by the same conditions they were under prior to the expiry of their status document. They may continue to work or study, for example, for the same employer or at the same school. Work experience acquired while under implied status will be considered as eligible work experience under the CEC, provided the applicant continued to work in Canada under the same conditions as their original work permit until a decision was made on their application for a work permit extension. Technically, you are a student, and continue to be in student status till your PGWP is issued. But also on the flip side, technically you are no longer a student the moment you stopped attending classes and completed your studies. hey I waited for 6 months to get my PGWP after my graduation and during that time I worked full time.Just wanna know can I use that 6 months towards CEC?
+Gurjant Sarkaria If Refugees, Immigration, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) received your application for a post-graduation work permit within 90 days of completing the requirements of your degree, you may work full-time while you wait for a decision on your post-graduation work permit application. You may continue to work as long as you stay in Canada until you receive your work permit. If your application for your post-graduation work permit is approved, your implied status will count towards your continued legal status in Canada, and you can use the experience gained in Canada while waiting for your PGWP towards CEC, since it was acquired under legal status.
Gurjant Sarkaria Hi Gurjant, I'm in a very similar situation as you so I wanted to know how did it work for you. Any advice you could share ? also, thank you for any help you can give me.

Thanks for your time to educate us have one question any ages limitation for student?
What I did a 3 semester program no breaks. Would I be able to get more than 1 year PGWP?
Possible. It depends on your workload and the total number of academic hours that you studied.
what if the diploma program is online but full time? can I apply for post-grad? thanx
Online courses do not count. You need to study for at least 8+ months at an approved program by a Designated Learning Institute.
Is it necessary to sit for IELTS general test exam for applying for PR?
i want to do one year masters from Canadian universitiy..so what are the benefits of study universtiy rather than college ...and how to get PR with by study one year masters from university???

+moe s is your TRV still valid or has it expired? Your PGWP does not grant you entry to Canada, you need a TRV on your passport in order to enter.
This is the best
if i do two 1+1 PG diplomas inn canada would i get three years of work permit??
