Best part is 7:30. When he’s talking about “explosion”, he’s talking about your highest level of positive emotion, which is joy. You basically have to find a way to feel good, and do it long enough so that the positive momentum grows, until it reaches the state of joy. When he mentions sexual act (orgasm), it’s his way of helping you understand a little better what joy feels like. I’ll give you another example: imagine the joyful feeling you’d have if you won the jackpot. That’s the emotional state you want to be in most of the time, to feel good, and allow everything you want to come to you.
And when he mentions “impregnation”, it just means that once you desire something, the seed is already planted, and you don’t need to do anything else to make it happen. Everything I wrote here, is what I learned from Abraham Hicks. They’re the best teachers of LOA, energy and vibration (in my opinion)

Can someone explain to me what he's talking about when he brings up sexual and explosion? I understand the imagination part where you imagine yourself and feel as if it was happening now. But i don't understand the other things he said.

I found this online: Neville defines what happens as a psychic sexual act, which is very similar to what happens during an orgasm; however in this case this psychic orgasm results in the impregnation of the subconscious mind. Once the subconscious mind has been impregnated, there is an interval of time between impregnation and birth.
