On Friday, October 3, 2014 the 3-1 defending D1 State Champion Bakersfield Drillers took on the 4-0 D2 Central Section runner up in a non league showdown at Ridgeview High School in Bakersfield, CA. It was a clash of the titans, 2 of the best teams in the city going at it. BHS wins 28-20 behind the legs of Lameshio Hill.
