    5 Habits for Balanced life:
    1st habit:
    Self time - Before you go outside, go inside
    1 hours a day
    15 mins - movement
    15 mins - Meditate
    15 mins - read
    15 mins - reflect
    2nd habit:
    Place important things over the easy things
    3rd habit:
    Time carries memory, Location carries energy
    (doing the same things, at the same time, your inner clock is tuned)
    So have structured, consistent daily habits,
    the way you plan your day
    4th habit:
    Feedback
    Feedback is the breakfast of the champions - when you want to achieve your potential
    5th habit:
    Do not try to be a perfectionist in everything,
    because when you want to perfect something you may miss other important things
    You should be happy for approx 80% perfection in anything
    When you can grasp the knowledge of 3 modes of material nature mentioned in the BG you can reach your full potential
    Having balance in life is not the goal of life
    Having balance in life helps us to realize the goal of life
    not the end of life but means the end of the life.
    best teachers are our own experiences
    but experiences can only teach us if we reflect on them.
    we should use methods like journaling we should learn from our experiences then they are the best teachers for us
