I think building to the 8 3 sheep was a mistake.
It cuts off blue which is good and the 8 is great production but double sheep doesn’t help much when you’re light on ore. I think the 10 3 may have been better. Or simply focusing on the 9 3 4 city before dropping a fifth settlement.
