This was apparently an arcade game my person spent too much money playing back in the day. I hate it. Arcade games are meant to punish players and soak up their quarters in hopes of one day beating the level or the game itself. At least it has an option to turn off credits so I can play with an infinite number of lives since I'm not using real quarters anyway... but seriously, this game has no sense of story or theme. It's just kill things, oh look you're a puking zombie, now the desert, and here's more weird shit for some reason.
Wait, what?! It was made in 2000??? I thought it was an early 90s game or something. UGH.
