There were 16 young ladies who started on the show called Sixteen, which was a Reality TV show and Judge-based Talent Showcase all in one. That show was specifically for certain trainees who were already in JYP Entertainment at the time. The show was formed in order to build JYP's next Girl Group. From what the show was meant to do originally, the group was only supposed to be 7 members by the time the whole thing was over with. That would have been nine people getting voted off the show. During the show's run, both Momo and Tzuyu got voted off. If the group had remained only 7 members, Chaeyoung would have been the youngest member to survive the show. Of course by popular demand, fans of the show (and of the girls) voted to get Tzuyu back into the group so they would have been 8 members; she became the youngest member. That move, bringing her back after she had been kicked, shocked a lot of people but pleased hundreds of thousands of fans who had been watching the show when it aired. And then JYP HIMSELF used his Executive Privilege and reinstated Momo the very last thing before their debut. So the group became 9 members, still is the same 9 members since then and always will be the same 9 members. :)

Twice Funny moments / Personality videos Since Twice has a lot of content, the channel twicechu does a good job of making short compilation videos of funny moments. The videos are roughly 5-6 minutes each. There have a lot of fun ones but here are some of the ones I like from twicechu: twice is the most UNSERIOUS group ever.. twice moments that crack me up times when i think, "is TWICE okay?" twice moments to watch before you sleep when twice lost their trust with each other recent twice moments to keep you up at night I posted this comment before with links but it didn't go through. I wonder maybe because of the links? so I wont link it this time.
Tzuyu is the actual maknae but Twice refer to the 3 youngest as maknaes as they are the youngest of the group. Twice have 3 main lines and you will hear Onces often refer to. 3Mix - Nayeon-Jeongyoen-Jihyo - who trained the longest together and a friendship trio from the members in the pre-debut group 6mix. They act as the "unnies" of the group and are the most outspoken so they look after the others well but they also enjoying teasing them and roasting each other. J-Line or MiSaMo - Momo-Sana-Mina who are the Japanese line. They have a really adorable friendship! Maknae-line or they used to be School Meal Club when they were still in high school when Twice debuted - Dahyun-Chaeyoung-Tzuyu. The youngest of the group. The older members adore their younger members so they will always treat them as the babies of the group, particularly Chaeyoung and Tzuyu because of their cute reactions.

both Chae (april) and Tzu (june) are 99 liners
so Chae is part of maknae line
but officially Tzu is the youngest.
