Its not fake sir. This portal is for authorized dealers. If you are a dealer than you can contact customer care. They will help you resolve the issue.

Sir, smartoffice license portal is for dealers. Are u a dealer or using device for yourself ?
Half day setting pls
Go to shift details & there you will find option Partial day setting.
