You explain ina clean and easy to follow manner. I see two problems:
1. numOfThreads should be unPaddedLong.length. This is a minor issue.
2. Your code does not demonstrate anything until the end of the video.

Thanks Peter for the comments. Point 1 is perfectly valid. For Point 2, remaining part of the solutions videos will be published soon. There are some areas where further refactoring could be done which I have pointed out in the upcoming videos.
