Great commentary. Small Gods is my fav Pratchett book. Followed by Thud (for religious extremism commently - via dwarves), Hogfather (for all the humorous characters) and Going Postal (for the world evolving). Fav characters have to be Granny Weatherwax, Sam Vimes (clint wastwood), and Death.
I am from the UK. Terry Pratchett is my all time favourite author. I’ve read Discworld 3 times over and own over 100 TP books. I look forward to you reviewing more books in this series. 😁

I read the physcial book but I'm a big fan of good audiobooks for my commute. I'll have to listen to this one for a second read!!! I loved your discussion and it would be fun to see more of Discworld 😁

Different strokes for different folks and all that, but heralding Tolkien's prose over Pratchett's is crazy to me. I found the prose to be the great weakness of Lord of the Rings. I was forced to skim during even some pivotal scenes.

In similar books I would say Good Omens, than again, its also by terry pratchet and neil gaiman
