As an owner of iPad, kobo, and the new paper white THE SCRIBE is amazing the writing experience is insane. I literally am shocked how much I love it

I have the Paperwhite SE. i have used Kindles since 2009. I am probably going to buy the colorsoft eventually once they work the kinks out. I also have a Kobo Libra Color that I used exclusively for a few months but Amazon roped me back in and I’m now primarily using my new SE

Awesome! It's nice to meet another Kindle fan. My first was a kindle Keyboard around the same time as you. I think you can safely consider the kinks worked out of the Colorsoft. They are shipping again, and I'm extremely happy with mine.
If you don't mind, use my link in the video description to buy anything from Amazon and I'll earn a small commission. Thanks for watching!

To say that a Kindle Colorsoft is better than a Kindle Oasis is… wild. To each their own but the Oasis was made with premium materials such as glass on the front and metal on the back; it has turn page buttons, and trust me if you’re left handed you won’t find a Colorsoft or any other device without button more comfortable than the Oasis which can rotate and be used with your left hand. Also, the Oasis has a crispier screen, that impacts the quality of your reading experience, and if you only read novels or books you won’t need colors, you will need a clear and crisp text on the page. And that without talking about the yellowing problems of the Colorsoft…
Of course that’s just my opinion but I feel like that the Colorsoft is not better, but just a completely different experience.

Trust me, I LOVED my Oasis! I never thought I'd give it up! Yes, premium materials. Left handed use though is a moot point...the Colorsoft can be used left handed easily--I do all the time. I thought I'd miss the page turn buttons. Turns out, I don't. The Oasis having a crisper screen is absolutely false. The Color is just cool. No yellowing anymore. Not having to carry around two chargers is so much more helpful than I thought it would be. So ya. I never thought the day would come.
Now...if Amazon would make a color Oaisis with USB-C...🤯

@@onemanbookclub2585 I read print color is not necessary. For the record I have watched B&W television too 💪🏾💪🏾

I want the color soft. I miss color novels covers. I love comics. My tablet is just too heavy for casual use. I like the water proof and size fitting in my pockets.

Paperwhite for the win!! I pretty much have tried them all and always gravitate towards the paperwhite. So simple but so effective. Cheers!

Matcha basic kindle is best. The size makes it so comfortable to read.

Love the Scribe, but too big, not waterproof. It in color would be nice also.

Color would be amazing! I thought that many times myself. You're right, the Scribe is too big to be a comfortable daily e-reader. The reason the Scribe is great is for its ability to be a notebook too. I wasn't sure if I'd find a place for the Scribe of my life when I first got it. But now that I've had it for quite a while, it has a permanent place in my life routine.
