These spinners appear to be knockoffs of the LEGO Ninjago Legacy Spinjitzu Spinners from early 2019. The new LEGO Ninjago Spinjitzu Slam Spinners may have been inspiration as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see Spinjitzu Slam fakes too.
