Initially Bang and MHJ wanted to start a new girl group together as a collaboration with Source Music but they didn't agree on the groups concept. So Bang decided to let her do her own thing and she started Ador. Alot of what Ador has was originally from Source music. They basically took everything from Source Music from directors/trainees/producers. The only major one who stayed was the performance director Amy Soyeon who went to Le Sserafim. 4 members of NJ were SM trainees. I think only Hyerin was an actual MHJ pick. Yunjin was also heavily rumored to be a New Jeans member since she trained with Hanni and Minji but got cut since MHJ wanted to go with younger concept with NJ. That was Yunjin's last hope so she basically quit being an idol and went back to school. Source Music was basically gutted at this point and was losing money since they didn't really have anybody. SM basically paid for most of NJ training period before they left for Ador. Gfriend also disbanded a little bit after this all went down. So Bang got heavily involved and started his own girl group Le Sserafim. I don't really see her being behind Garam but seeing how MHJ basically screwed over Source Music. Bang then went on to do his own thing and make Le Sserafim which ended up saving Source Music after they made it profitable a year after their debut. MHJ being as narcissist as she is, LSF sucess no doubt pissed her off.

Even hanni herself said that after seeing that video of minji she auditioned. We know yunjin was trainees with hanni. Min heejin was only hired to work as the creative director. Whatever lineup, it was actually to be debuted under source music so basically alot of the trainees were under sm. Later ador was created as a subsidiary label by hybe and made mhj ceo. Alot of trainees were probably transferred then. Now that the global audition was completely gone and wasted, i bet sm lost a lot of money on it. No wonder Lesserafims lineup had 2 experienced idols + yunjin who's experienced as well in the industry. Only 2 members were new. It was easy to pick things up than start from scratch.
Source paid for NJ’s training and then had to debut LSF super quick. Technically NJ’s training debt was covered by the profits LSF made… so maybe that’s why they can’t afford vocal lessons

Initially Bang and MHJ wanted to start a new girl group together as a collaboration with Source Music but they didn't agree on the groups concept. So Bang decided to let her do her own thing and she started Ador. Alot of what Ador has was originally from Source music. They basically took everything from Source Music from directors/trainees/producers. The only major one who stayed was the performance director Amy Soyeon who went to Le Sserafim.
4 members of NJ were SM trainees. I think only Hyerin was an actual MHJ pick.
Yunjin was also heavily rumored to be a New Jeans member since she trained with Hanni and Minji but got cut since MHJ wanted to go with younger concept with NJ. That was Yunjin's last hope so she basically quit being an idol and went back to school. Source Music was basically gutted at this point and was losing money since they didn't really have anybody. SM basically paid for most of NJ training period before they left for Ador. Gfriend also disbanded a little bit after this all went down. So Bang got heavily involved and started his own girl group Le Sserafim.
I don't really see her being behind Garam but seeing how MHJ basically screwed over Source Music. Bang then went on to do his own thing and make Le Sserafim which ended up saving Source Music after they made it profitable a year after their debut. MHJ being as narcissist as she is, LSF sucess no doubt pissed her off.

Even hanni herself said that after seeing that video of minji she auditioned. We know yunjin was trainees with hanni. Min heejin was only hired to work as the creative director. Whatever lineup, it was actually to be debuted under source music so basically alot of the trainees were under sm. Later ador was created as a subsidiary label by hybe and made mhj ceo. Alot of trainees were probably transferred then. Now that the global audition was completely gone and wasted, i bet sm lost a lot of money on it. No wonder Lesserafims lineup had 2 experienced idols + yunjin who's experienced as well in the industry. Only 2 members were new. It was easy to pick things up than start from scratch.

having mhj as a ceo is also not a great look for nwjns. all their controversies stem from her, and not actually from the members themselves. if mhj wasnt so problematic or just wasnt the ador ceo, nwjns literally would have 0 scandals or controversies
So she was upset that hybe is money hungry trying to copy NJ while also trying to get ADOR all for herself doing all kinds of crazy stuff after it became famous to ruin hybe and other artists who helped her grow... crazy her actions are not even fair and she keeps on trying to include innocent people in the process
