That’s a wonderful story. I lost my beloved lab 2-years ago, and I thing about him everyday. The 4-mile walk into town was probably very good for him too! Dogs love to get out and about.

his owners should drive him to town everyday from now because he has grown old. He can meet his friends and enjoy the treats they give him

i miss seeing him around i would stop at the on stop as a small child and he would just be there and was always happy and never shy he loved to just top by and say hi
Reminds me of the neighborhood dog in my city, he was known by the whole neighborhood and his owners lived infront us, my grandma would always leave food and water outside her home for stray dogs, the dog dissapeared one day randomely I guess it died of old age, It was a big part of my childhood......

Maybe Bruno more love to live in the city because so many people and activities?
I hope that maybe someone (possibly his owners) would go to town at the end of the day so he didn't have to walk home. Looks like the arthritis is beginning to set in. I'm sure the walking is good for him, but he could possibly use a rest at the end of the day.
It's hard to believe that people in large Towns and Cities think that their living the life, they wouldn't know what day of the week it is!
