I havebeen doing this for like 3 to 4 nights and I woke up this morning around 4.30 am to a msg from my sp...I was flabbergasted...
Affirming right now:

I did the exercise with you Matt and tears of happiness drop unconsciously while i was picturing my SP Kristen from Michigan , seeing her beautiful smile made me feel so happy, i know that she'll text me, i know that , I'm unforgettable, I'm unique, I've no reason to Chase ❤️❤️❤️

@@kashmala19988 Just do whatever steps he's telling in his videos and follow these daily with pure intentions. Always persist in your affirmations no matter what 3d shows you but affirm , affirm and affirm. Persist in the state of wish fulfilled. Remember your 3d reality is the result of your old beliefs and past assumptions you are suffering now. And the only reality true is your imagination and inner conversation which will manifest and create your future. So don't react to 3d scenarios & scenes and just keep shifting your focus on what you want and act as you already have it. Persist in the wish fullfilment state. Fool your mind that your wish is true. Remember your subconscious mind always believes what you tell it. These all points helped me a lot and I really hope it helps you too.

Any tips for the detachment of the outcome part, I was trying the technique, virtualization and everything but once it done I still feel myself not detaching form the outcome , waiting staring at my phone .. waiting for the text, calls and this is annoying me so much . Ple help. Tried few of of ur techniques it felt great and positive for a period of time then I came back to the state that I’m urging to get that result , no patient and feeling desperate. 😞😞
What helped me a lot is doing things i love to do. So when i’m focusing much on the 3d i make a plan for the day what i have to and want to do. For example do some breathwork, meditations, workout, go out with friends, go to see family. Whatever you like to do. So your mind doesn’t spiral on negative things. And when i’m spiraling i have a couple affirmations i repeat to get it off my mind or i just say it is already done. Just remember that everything you want you have/ can have. It is your life and you can do this ❤.
