- The Two Lines Team headed to Lebanon Ohio to prep for the NSR Eastern Nationals! Lebanon Raceway Park is a 4 lane Ninco layout owned by our friend, Greg Kessler. We are racing NSR Vintage and NSR GT classes today.

Fun seeing other tracks, It did have some tight turns always good running your cars on different types and styles of track. Sometimes the fastest motor is not always the best and slower and better handling can be a good thing. 👍👍
Steve, I agree.. I think it is a hearing issue in the Vette for this layout..

It looked like a lot of fun. Thank you for shooting the video for all of us to enjoy. As much as I love NSR, I agreed with your comment about NSR. I thought I always tuned them well until I got my first ThunderSlots this year. A number of the NSR's are just a little tail happy compared the the ThunderSlot that are better balanced out of the box. Either way we are always refining and getting better tuning our cars. Well done to both you and Dusty!

@@twolinesslotcars I think part of the issue is the 'air gap' in the NSR rear wheels. I have started filling the gap to get the whole tire patch on the track.

Great vidio Marty. Have you tried an NSR C6 corvette? Mine are a lot more planted than my C7 or C8's. My tuneing skills are poor at best so I think the C6's are a little more naturally balanced. Love all the corvetts though!!
I don’t have a C6, will have to try one. Thanks Greg! I will figure out this C8.. just needs a gearing change possibly. I have not given up yet 😂

Yes Nico… I need to play with the gearing. The C8 stock gearing was not right for me..
Great vid and great track and yes Marty, we love the slot car racing action and everyone could use some more 😆
I'm really torn if should 4 lane on my carrera or not and even considered goin scaley due to smaller footprint and availability but the no 1/24 racing on scaley is a big turnoff to me and reason why sticking carrera.
Is your 4 lane still digital and fully operational like a 2 lane if you desire?
As in when run 4 lane digital functions the same as standard 2 lane
Thanks Andrew! My track is full digital and analog 4 lane. Racing on Greg’s track solidified for me that we will probably have a 4 lane for a long time. Love it!
@@twolinesslotcars yeah I think I will go that way too. I’ve heard of folks going back to 2 lanes because 4 lane wasn’t the same and they weren’t using the whole track anyway but they’re usually fully digital slotters I’ve noticed where as I am wanting for the same reason as you I gather, which is being able to prepare and practice for race events and still have a digital race for fun when the mates and family wanna have some fun for different reasons 😍.
Im going to copy yours or Dave’s switch box but not being that electrical savvy yet I’m not sure exactly how to make Dave’s a 4 lane and if just jump the lanes/wires for the second set of lanes. I can copy people fine from RUclips or when shown or told but I’m still very green when it comes to the law of electricity and how it properly works.
Also just wanna say it’s awesome what your doing and I remember the days when started and had a few Carrera cars and then an empty metal shelf with 3 cars on it to todays vid travelling your beautiful country and meeting rad people and sharing this awesome hobby with awesome people. I think it cool what your doing showing all different faces of the hobby kinda like track fans but in your own way, it’s really cool.
My friend is opening a slot shop / club here in Perth, Western Australia and I’m so pumped and excited can finally race the cars I love and meet more people and be able to take it a step further just like yourself and I can relate as I started with my older brother just like yourself if remember correctly haha. He’s building a massive wood track, 6 lanes and nearly 50m (about 160ft) and going to sell all brands of slot cars and slot related gear 😍🥰
Sorry for the rant but I’m excited and love your channel and had to tell someone who actually likes slot cars haha and that your a rad guy for the hobby, love your honest and open approach to it and the people, we do love the racing action so yes, more can’t hurt and keep up the good work brother all the way from Perth, WA!

Yes, it was about 90minutes from Chillicothe… mostly because the 71S exit at 35 was closed.. probably a little quicker without the detour..
