Heap does know that Richer was not in office in 2020? Right!?
County Recorder does VOTER Registration and Elections. Pay Attention Voters
No idea why we had a "Presidential Preference" election and then the Primaries which covered the same? Waste of time and money. I don't know why I received a Voter Guide last week which did not included candidates in my District. No one addressed why the tabulators kept rejecting ballots. No one addressed why some Voting Areas closed at 4:30 p.m. Why are we hiring paid, inexperienced volunteers who are allowed to transport ballot boxes to the counting department without a chain-of-custody. I was a Board Worker and the senior volunteer did not own a car...meaning she was going to Uber the ballot boxes.
Yes, it took time to call some races in 2022. That was a result of one, close races and two, mail in voting. I'm not sure how one avoids close races. You could try to get rid of mail in voting, but good luck getting voters to give that up.
