- Since there's no auto air vent inside the Intergas range (because they fail), some installers have difficulty venting systems. This is a quick guide on how to turn the pump on constant and upping the pump speed to help flush the air out quickly.
This video seems to be the one on youtube that covers Intergas Pump speed using the panel buttons, thanks for sharing this :)
The most difficult boiler I had. I know we had no service since the covid.
Hi, I followed the steps but my pressure only goes up to 50 also do I open the pressure bleed valve myself (on top of the boiler confused???
Its a Rapid 25 BTW
Hello Andy. Thanks for useful video. I just got additional question about manual air bleed. What I do first? Manual air bleed or the steps you showed with pump ventilation? Thanks again
It's a bugged when you drop the electrical flat down and you have to get it back in the runner. Better than worcester boilers and no diverter or plastic manifolds that get pin holes and spray over pcb.
Hi my intergas rapid 32 keeps losing water pressure I have no leaks in the house at all I've bleed the system yet it keeps dropping pressure could this be a prv fault or bladder any help would be great thanks
I have the same issue. The boiler works so the pressure sensor must be seeing the correct pressure but the gauge fluctuates down to zero
Hello, what model is this Intergas Boiler?
Hi, my boiler is showing fault number 11 and the hot water keels turning off very quickly. Do you any ways to fix it? If so, can you let me know?
Manual says it is a sensor fault S1. Flow sensor, top left hand side.
The manual can be downloaded for free.
0:52 The one I looked at only went up to 60 not 80 at this point. Know why?
Parameter 3. (3 dot) which is max pump speed is set to 60.
What does 4 on display mean? 😥
My rapid 25 is leaking water from the left
