Please carry with you. It will be good. I have submitted all photocopies in english. whatever they asked in interview.
Hello. There are discrepancies in my travel dates in the insurance as it does not match my sponsorship form planned dates, do you think this will be an issue? My travel insurance are only for two months (as I will only be staying for two months) but in the sponsorship form the dates is for 3 months.
hello, Thank you for reaching out. best wishes for your travel and stay. It looks normal to my understanding but to avoid last minute surprises at visa issuance, I would suggest to get a cover letter explaining the same and get it signed from the respective officials involved in sponsorship or any relevant authorities. I think this is possible to get it with less difficulty . Hope it helps you.
hi , thank you. I received after 2-3 weeks. Known friend who applied a week before me at same place also received similar. I heard one bad experience of another student from China, who couldn’t get even after 3-4 weeks. Thats situation few years ago.
Hello, this video was very helpful, can you guide how to get Italy visa from Japan as foreigner? For Netherlands you have to go through VFS global, but do you have any idea about Italy?
hi . i think shared about this in this video . its same vfs to my memory collection place please recheck from italy visa website i found same method for netherlands visa application the website has the location details in tokyo further i reached them over mail for clarification
Thank you. I got the information. For italy schengen visa, we need to go to italy embassy directly. I wanted information regarding other documents as well, please let me know if you have any idea. 1. Do you have to submit only certificate of insurance which is 1 page or the whole detailed insurance documents which are generally in Japanese. 2. Is it compulsory to get the documents translated through lawyer? Is it okay to get the translation through translator? Will it be still valid? 3. Do you have to submit translated bank statements? 4. The document checklist doesn't mention to submit "juminhyo" which is residence certificate, tax certificate etc. but do we have to submit it? If yes, Do you have to submit translated version of that as well? Sorry for asking multiple questions, but it would be helpful if you could help 😊

I used letter from university where they said its all covered from university the stay, travel, etc if you dont have such document, maybe they will ask bank statements. To suggest, Its ok to get extra documents even they dont ask sometimes. 4).residence certificate I had same thing, I took copy but they just asked original of that and confirmed once. I didnt remember submitting either. But it's good to get it with you while visiting for visa application. Good luck I hope you find the information helpful.
