Great video! I believe we rode on the same type of elevator a couple weeks ago at the Lodge at Wakulla Springs. The elevator at the Lodge was all beautiful wood inside, flower wood inlay, and a gold Art Deco grate inside. The buttons on the outside looked identical to your video as well as the metal gate on the inside. It was an experience to get to ride on it!

Love the clicking sound of the interlocks as the elevator passes floors!
Indeed. I love the mechanics on old elevators like this one.
RIP this elevator :(
I just took a quick ride on this today while I was in the building.
+jimster586 Definitely one of my favorites.
bro this is Colby this elevator is pretty beast
+Colby Kerry Very, so glad I was finally able to ride it.
The only modernization that I found when I rode it was the modern emergency phone plus the motorized inner car gate.
I’m pretty sure the motorized gate is original.
Nice one diesel! When dieselducy filmed it, It had green doors, and now, it has blue paint. Also, did you film the G.A.L one next to it
+Massachusettes Elevators and MBTA/Amtrak Railfanner Yes, eventually I'll upload that video, but I got extravaganza work to do right now.
