    Never seen the gorilla kart before! It would be nice if the fish mate broke down too!

      Agreed! The gorilla cart really is a nice cart for that niche market of people who don’t have a lot of room in their vehicle but want to bring a bunch of rods

    If you changed those wheels that think would be a game changer.

    Hi, I'm a subscriber of your channel and always enjoying your videos! Thanks a lot. Recently I bought 10' Daiwa FT surf rod and when I tried to cast 3oz sinker, it didn't go as far as expected, but ive been able to cast far with my other slimmer and more flexible rods with 1 to 2oz sinkers. What do u think might be the reason?
    1) my casting technique?
    2) sinker weight? Daiwa FT is designed to cast up to 4oz according to the seller
    3) flexibility of Daiwa FT?
    Or other reasons?

    The Pull handle is WAAAAAY to low!!!!!!!! That along with the wheels digging in will be a back breaker dragging this across the beach. Lets see you on the beach with it!

      Lol I had the handle upside down for the video...as stated, with heavy gear the wheels will not perform well. Best use is for hauling rods and light gear.
      Was storing the cart for a buddy so figured I would review it!

    I have one, you can move a rod holder to the back and move the shelf to one of the sides if you are carry only 4 rods, makes it quite a bit narrower. The aluminum frame and stainless hardware are a great feature, the 13” wheels make it easy to handle larger bumps and climb stairs.

    That would make a great Pier cart. I'm upgrading this year but I haven't decided to what. Great video👍

    Those wheels suck in the sand we have in the panhandle and Alabama. Thanks for the video, but no thanks.

    I wonder if it's possible to modify the gorilla cart and put the orange tires on it? That way you get the best of both worlds lol nice video 👍🏼👌🏼🎣

    Nice! Question: Can you take out the bait holder or any other part fron the Fish n Mate to make it fit in a car also? Thanks!

    • @SaltSquatch
      @SaltSquatch  5 лет назад

      Handle, bait holder, and the wheels come off but rod holders are welded on

    If you really wanted looks like you could put a set of good beach wheels on that cart to upgrade the cheaper plastic ones

    I have this same cart. The only problem is the wheels. It needs balloon tires.

    Thank you for the video, I like the Gorilla cart, I wonder if balloon tires can be fitted?

    • @sidneywhite749
      @sidneywhite749 2 года назад

      Yes but the shaft has to be lengthened to 7 inches. Balloon tires are only good in sand though.
