But while preparing your recipes I don't have to do that cause the very first time I watch your video, step by step my brain notes down every detail. Right from the ingredients, to the proportions, to the steps. And sometimes also the history 😁 You teach us in such a beautiful way. I use your trick to soak suji and dahi together for more than 1.5 hrs and make all types of idlis like ragi rava idli, moong daal rava idli and the texture is just awesome !!!....thanks for your tips

I made pizza style uttapam for lunch today, with rawa 2 cups, 1/4th cup poha, 1/4 th cup udad +moong dal, 2 tbsp methi seeds, soaked for 3 hours. Blended dals, methi seeds & poha, added to rawa, added salt & 1 tbsp oil & let it rest for 2 hrs. Fried onions, cabbage, Carrots till quarter cooked. Added salt & Ching's Schezwan fried rice masala. Added capsicum & boiled corn, mixed & cooked covered for 2 minutes. Let it rest covered for 5 minutes or until cheese is grated. In a non-stick pan, put a mix of oil & butter. Put batter & the mix on top & grated cheese. Covered & cooked on low flame. Then flipped. Had with Schezwan chutney. Yummy! What a co-incidence that you are going to show us your version in your next video! Would love to learn your version. Homework assignment for you - 3 recipes from jowar flour.
