Your absolutely right about the pink working as the topper in coral treasure . It really works well . I know everyone is crazy about the rivage pallet but just can’t get into blue eyeshadow. To me it’s too reminiscent of the 50s and 60s but to each their own . It does look pretty on dark eyes.
Me too. But I bought the rivage. I have green-blue eyes. If you dont make the blue shadow too bold and in addition with the brown shade is has a certain effect, like the different colours of the sea, reflecting sun and sky.
I really love this blush. It creates the most delicate veil of color. Very smooth looking, builds faster than it starts off. Today i get the coral treasure quad - never expected it to look this pretty on people. I'll do some comparisons as well. And i'll try it on the cheeks😊

The lightness of all the shades in the Rivage palette is what I like best about it. The blue is ethereal and seems so perfect for Spring/Summer. I want it as a single shadow! Thank you for reviewing and providing your perspective.
The liner reminds me of electric blueberry from VB which I bought last summer. Not exact I’m sure but close enough. Love both of the palettes (already have them)! Passed on the highlighter (i have the pearl one from Dior) although it is so pretty to look at! I use products like that on my eyes and love it as a topper. Pretty new space! I hope you are settling in and loving it. Definitely a different kind of lighting- very crisp and bright. Tks, sofia❤

Super happy that you let us know the Les Beiges Winter Glow blushes are more pigmented than the Summer collection blush. I purchased the lighter pink in that collection, was very happy with it, and have been debating various Coral blushes for Summer, but will likely skip this one! SOOO tempted on the eyeshadows, mostly because I have nothing like these in my collection! ❤

I hope they re stock the blue eye quad 😭Having said that I did pick up the blue highlighting powder and LOVE IT. Normally I go for neutrals and matte/satin formulas. I hardly even wear highlighter…but this piece just brings me joy ❤
I love your reviews because you love experimenting with different looks 💕I bought the entire collection except the nail polish..I did not think I would love the coral as much as the blue . I was wrong ! I love them both and I use them combined. The toppers work on both pallets. . Chanel has been great this year ❤❤❤❤I do love the blush in the collection because it is blurring.The mermaid baume on top of it is perfect . I do use the blue eyeliner with the gold lumier eyeliner I bought with the eclat de nuit collection. I agree the highlighter is glittery. I have been applying it with my finger and really pressing it in where I want it . I apply powder over it to get a glow from within effect . Having said all this it is obvious I also love to play with makeup. ❤❤❤❤❤I can’t wait to see what Chanel comes up with next .. I am also excited to test their new perfume !

I bought the blush, both eyeshadows one liquid lip and one balm. I agree with everything you said. The winter glow blushes are sooooo much better. I was leary about the coral palette but OMG I love it so much. I knew that highlighter would be way too much for me so I didn’t waste money on that.
Great video! I was just at a Chanel Boutique in Canada and almost everything, including the illuminating powder, was sold out. People of all ages were really excited about it. I tried it on and it was so much better than I thought. Just wanted to let you know how it’s doing up here in 🇨🇦
Best review. I’ve the highlighter so far. I’ve stayed far away from the eyeshadows because I’ve gray eyes, so blue doesn’t really suit me and I’m sick of pinks - thank you to mother Pat😆
Hii! I picked up several of the pieces from the collection, and I would have to agree with you on the blush, it is just a bit boring in my opinion. I was hoping it would have a nice sheen, or something unique about it, but at the end of the day, it's basically just a blush that is tonally cohesive with the collection, so it makes it easy to know which blush to use when you're using the eyeshadows, I suppose. I definitely don't think the Les Beiges Winter Glow blushes were buttery at all though, to me they were very hard, and I have already developed hard pan on the lighter pink one! I don't mind the formula because they're buildable, but I just don't know, the fact that I'm already getting hard pan is not good. I think I like the formula on the blush in the spring collection a bit more, but wish it had shimmer! Thank you again for your videos as always!!!

first at all thank you for this comprehensive review, great as always. Chanel is a fashion house and they create looks that go with along with other things they are doing . they have core products and then seasonal limited edition items, these might not be everryday products but they all go together to create the look of the season.Eye look with these two palettes is more on shimmery side therefore there is matte blush and I'm glad is 2 in 1 rather than 2 separate b,ushes as this way you can create 3 different colours. "glittery HIGHLIGHTER "is actually luminizer and if used underneath of foundation or with powder over the top it creades beautiful glow within look, it pair beautifully with matte blushes and that's is how it is supposed to be worn, nobody want glitter over illuminating blush...eyepencil I goes with collection. it amazes me everytime time when people do full eye look with 4 shades, used primer under founda5and powder over foundation, concealer and I don't know what and then complain about glittery illuminator that they use as a highlighter with dewy foundation, illuminating blush, shimmery eyes and glossy full makeup lips, amazing...ss for Pat mcgrath that lots of people love, PM is not a luxury brand so people who missed on rivage wont go to PM or natasha Denona.thease brands might sell better products I agree but it's a different taste and to me not considered luxury brand, so if something is not up to a standard I wont buy it I wont waste my money there will be something else.
You’re right about the luminizer and how it’s supposed to be worn. French for a day did a review on her channel using it this way and it sold me. Still going in store to try it out first before I commit tho. ;)
I don’t think most customers would think to wear glitter under their foundation. I feel like this is a tactic to sell something that isn’t really that wearable day today. Chanel have made beautiful, subtle highlighters in the past.

I bought the Coral Treasure, the blush and the mermaid baume which is gorgeous!!! I don’t like blue on me so passed on the Rivage and the highlighter too glittery for me, the mermaid highlighter is wonderful 🙋♀️🇬🇧
I bought the coral treasure pallet and it is very pretty. It’s too bad the rivage pallet is sold but I really don’t need it nor am I going to buy it on eBay. I’m going to pick up the rouge coco baume in anemone. I just started using the baume, it’s a nice formula.
The light blue in the cle de peau blue quad (11 Azure blue sea which I have) is a total dupe for the rivage blue so easy pass for me. The neutrals in rivage are nothing special, we all have plenty of neutral eyeshadows. Loathe the coral treasures palette - it’s literally my worst nightmare colour story LOL (second worst only to red eyeshadow). As a long term Chanel beauty collector it is great to see them mixing things up but this collection is not for me (49yo). I’m glad I have had time to see many reviews before the collection launches in Aus (01Mar I think). Happy to avoid the frenzy and save my money for other releases coming this year (hello new oversized face palette…) Thanks for the great review as always @Sofia!! I’ll watch your videos no matter if I am planning to buy or not 😊

I am more drawn to the coral palette, i like the combination of the orange and pink. But there are repetitive shades in that quod. The Rivage palette is nice, that blue is gorgeous, but i can dupe the look with my other Chanels and Diors. And why is Chanel giving us so many glittery illuminators?? I think this collection will be a pass. Loved the review as always 🌸💙

I actually picked up quite a bit from this collection, including the blue nail polish. But I'm with you on the blush, it was definitely not worth it and I paid $80 where I see the price went down to $75. What's up with that?? I rarely return anything from Chanel but I did return the blush.

So far even popular LEs were available for months. This is actually a crime and i really hope Chanel is battling this. I felt stepped over already for getting those collections last IN EUROPE where they produce. Now they successfully created speculants to cheat us completely out.
Agreed. I ordered it weeks ago and my sale went through. Then three days later I got an email that they canceled my order. WTF? I guess they had to give it to influencers instead of regular customers. My local Nordstrom hasn’t even received any of the Spring collection. Seattle had the eyeshadow but wouldn’t send it to me. But I am not not not going to pay over the regular price. So if I can’t get it, then I’ll look to other companies for something similar. I think Dior has something . Buying it on EBay for 5 or 6 times the regular price is just nuts.
Everything always looks beautiful on you Sofia. This collection still isn't even up on the Chanel Canada site. This collection is going to be a pass for me. It feels as though Chanel is marketing to a more youthful demographic. I don't have a problem with that but I do hope they can continue to have something for everyone. I love your videos, love how you speak about makeup products and I think yr videos in the old place were perfect. But there's something strange with the light in your room. All colors look like hues of the beetroot, even your arms. Swatches outside your room look a bit yellow. And I was hoping you compare the Coral palette with the winter Les Beiges palette. To me they have pretty similar vibes. Your special thing is comparison of different palettes with the awesome picture quality, but this video is the same as all other beauty bloggers did.

I just switched to this room and to be honest with you, I had to film the review three times because I am learning how to use my camera and it's not the same light as my old apartment. I wasn't getting a lot of requests for comparisons because the collection has been out for a while now and the colors are quite different from the last few collections
Look at your cute filming space. This collection is ok. Meh. Just to me. Nothing that wows me. Not to be mean. For the price, I have to shop smart. And you can’t tell the difference on the eye. Maybe the liners.
Easy pass for me especially because it’s sold out. I wonder how many ppl bought it out of FOMO. That darker brown color won’t work on my skin tone (I’m a medium tone), it won’t even show up on tan or deeper. That’s one waste of a shade for $68…. No thank you, Chanel!

Best review. I’ve the highlighter so far. I’ve stayed far away from the eyeshadows because I’ve gray eyes, so blue doesn’t really suit me and I’m sick of pinks - thank you to mother Pat😆

Hii! I picked up several of the pieces from the collection, and I would have to agree with you on the blush, it is just a bit boring in my opinion. I was hoping it would have a nice sheen, or something unique about it, but at the end of the day, it's basically just a blush that is tonally cohesive with the collection, so it makes it easy to know which blush to use when you're using the eyeshadows, I suppose. I definitely don't think the Les Beiges Winter Glow blushes were buttery at all though, to me they were very hard, and I have already developed hard pan on the lighter pink one! I don't mind the formula because they're buildable, but I just don't know, the fact that I'm already getting hard pan is not good. I think I like the formula on the blush in the spring collection a bit more, but wish it had shimmer! Thank you again for your videos as always!!!

first at all thank you for this comprehensive review, great as always. Chanel is a fashion house and they create looks that go with along with other things they are doing . they have core products and then seasonal limited edition items, these might not be everryday products but they all go together to create the look of the season.Eye look with these two palettes is more on shimmery side therefore there is matte blush and I'm glad is 2 in 1 rather than 2 separate b,ushes as this way you can create 3 different colours. "glittery HIGHLIGHTER "is actually luminizer and if used underneath of foundation or with powder over the top it creades beautiful glow within look, it pair beautifully with matte blushes and that's is how it is supposed to be worn, nobody want glitter over illuminating blush...eyepencil I
goes with collection. it amazes me everytime time when people do full eye look with 4 shades, used primer under founda5and powder over foundation, concealer and I don't know what and then complain about glittery illuminator that they use as a highlighter with dewy foundation, illuminating blush, shimmery eyes and glossy full makeup lips, amazing...ss for Pat mcgrath that lots of people love, PM is not a luxury brand so people who missed on rivage wont go to PM or natasha Denona.thease brands might sell better products I agree but it's a different taste and to me not considered luxury brand, so if something is not up to a standard I wont buy it I wont waste my money there will be something else.
You’re right about the luminizer and how it’s supposed to be worn. French for a day did a review on her channel using it this way and it sold me. Still going in store to try it out first before I commit tho. ;)
I don’t think most customers would think to wear glitter under their foundation. I feel like this is a tactic to sell something that isn’t really that wearable day today. Chanel have made beautiful, subtle highlighters in the past.

I bought the Coral Treasure, the blush and the mermaid baume which is gorgeous!!! I don’t like blue on me so passed on the Rivage and the highlighter too glittery for me, the mermaid highlighter is wonderful 🙋♀️🇬🇧

I bought all the blue stuff, and I’m sure I’ll use it all. Also the orange palette. I skipped the glittery highlighters. Those were head scratching.
I bought the coral treasure pallet and it is very pretty. It’s too bad the rivage pallet is sold but I really don’t need it nor am I going to buy it on eBay. I’m going to pick up the rouge coco baume in anemone. I just started using the baume, it’s a nice formula.
The light blue in the cle de peau blue quad (11 Azure blue sea which I have) is a total dupe for the rivage blue so easy pass for me. The neutrals in rivage are nothing special, we all have plenty of neutral eyeshadows. Loathe the coral treasures palette - it’s literally my worst nightmare colour story LOL (second worst only to red eyeshadow).
As a long term Chanel beauty collector it is great to see them mixing things up but this collection is not for me (49yo). I’m glad I have had time to see many reviews before the collection launches in Aus (01Mar I think). Happy to avoid the frenzy and save my money for other releases coming this year (hello new oversized face palette…)

Definitely! I recommend the Makeup by Mario blue, the Urban Decay ones, and Lancôme has some gorgeous blue eyeliners also in their collection
I am more drawn to the coral palette, i like the combination of the orange and pink. But there are repetitive shades in that quod. The Rivage palette is nice, that blue is gorgeous, but i can dupe the look with my other Chanels and Diors. And why is Chanel giving us so many glittery illuminators?? I think this collection will be a pass. Loved the review as always 🌸💙

I actually picked up quite a bit from this collection, including the blue nail polish. But I'm with you on the blush, it was definitely not worth it and I paid $80 where I see the price went down to $75. What's up with that?? I rarely return anything from Chanel but I did return the blush.

So far even popular LEs were available for months. This is actually a crime and i really hope Chanel is battling this. I felt stepped over already for getting those collections last IN EUROPE where they produce. Now they successfully created speculants to cheat us completely out.
Agreed. I ordered it weeks ago and my sale went through. Then three days later I got an email that they canceled my order. WTF? I guess they had to give it to influencers instead of regular customers. My local Nordstrom hasn’t even received any of the Spring collection. Seattle had the eyeshadow but wouldn’t send it to me. But I am not not not going to pay over the regular price. So if I can’t get it, then I’ll look to other companies for something similar. I think Dior has something . Buying it on EBay for 5 or 6 times the regular price is just nuts.

I love your videos, love how you speak about makeup products and I think yr videos in the old place were perfect. But there's something strange with the light in your room. All colors look like hues of the beetroot, even your arms. Swatches outside your room look a bit yellow. And I was hoping you compare the Coral palette with the winter Les Beiges palette. To me they have pretty similar vibes. Your special thing is comparison of different palettes with the awesome picture quality, but this video is the same as all other beauty bloggers did.

I just switched to this room and to be honest with you, I had to film the review three times because I am learning how to use my camera and it's not the same light as my old apartment. I wasn't getting a lot of requests for comparisons because the collection has been out for a while now and the colors are quite different from the last few collections
Look at your cute filming space. This collection is ok. Meh. Just to me. Nothing that wows me. Not to be mean. For the price, I have to shop smart. And you can’t tell the difference on the eye. Maybe the liners.
Easy pass for me especially because it’s sold out. I wonder how many ppl bought it out of FOMO. That darker brown color won’t work on my skin tone (I’m a medium tone), it won’t even show up on tan or deeper. That’s one waste of a shade for $68…. No thank you, Chanel!
