How do you do this without damaging your hair ? Last time I got a quick weave the glue seemed thru the cap and I lost a lot of my hair lmao

she used a hair bonding shield as mentioned in the video it’s basically makes a shield between the cap and the glue preventing it from seeping through
Use the shield, lace gel, and got2b glued spray. As well as the caps. Make sure it’s fully dry first.
