Something is just so right about this Kingsmen era, Jim was such a strong personality and he loved to cut up and have fun, but when he testified he said so much in a few words, the band on stage and the way they sang every song like they mean it, because they did
My wife and I were blessed to see The Kingsmen at the Joyful Noise several times there in East Point, GA. It's a shame the place had to close due to the cancer of sin and crime that has enveloped the surrounding communities around the city of Atlanta. But the Kingsmen were and will forever be my favorite group and had such an influence in my life. I look forward to the grand reunion and singing in Heaven.
At 1:09:24 I was heartbroken when I heard of Gary Dallard’s passing on June 17, 2020. Rest in eternal peace my brother, I see you on the other side one day.
Sounds like the ole Cancer got him, just like it did with Ernie Phillips. So many of these people have died. Death even took Ed Crawford here just within the last 2-3 years. Anthony Burger died in 2006 from a massive Heart Attack. The next year, Jim Hamill died. Well... we'll just have to look forward to seeing them in Heaven.
Thanks for posting this Jeff. This is the Kingsmen lineup I was first introduced to. As a matter of fact this was within weeks of the first time I ever saw them! Great memories.
Correction... after further consideration, I actually met the Kingsmen for the first time in late 1984. It was their “Silver” anniversary. They were at Morris Civic Center in South Bend, Indiana.

My only real gripe with the modern industry
Sometime after this, this group learned to sing. Wish I had!
I’ve enjoyed all these videos you’ve posted! And I love hearing their album and cassette specials in this one! Thanks for posting!

I’m glad I didn’t have to push “Heroes of the Kingdom” characters or “Plush Prince of Peace Pets” in my sales pitch!! 😅😅
Bob Sellers My 45 year old sister still has her stuffed “angel bear?” I bought for her from Ray when she was like 10 years old!

I saw them in the early 90s when Jim and Eldridge were still active but only part time still great but I wish I had gotten to see Hamill in person
You dont have to be super religious to dig this.
This has got to be the greatest group I've ever heard, and I'm late to the show.
That slow curtain.....😂
