I am almost 73, I lost my husband almost 16 years ago, you two are still young enough to make all of your dreams come true. Shannon, you go girl!! Back in my day it was the wife who stayed home and the husband went to work in the morning, I think it's great that the tables have turned. Kyle is needed on the land to work on your dream, you are still working on the dream from your day job! Makes perfect sense to me! Both roads lead to the same destination. When my husband and I were young and raising our family, we had a lawn service business. I went back to work in the corporate world just so we would have insurance coverage. You and Shannon made a very good decision.
I was without health insurance for 4 years until I was eligible for Medicare. It was scary as I couldn’t afford some testing for preexisting conditions. The stress of not having the insurance really exacerbated those conditions. I often wondered, when I would see Kyle working with some of the equipment, if you all had insurance as treatments for accidents can be very costly, not to mention the Alpha-Gal tests. Wise decision for Shannon to go back to work. Wish you both well with your new normal.

I taught music for 38 years. Uy was a joy. I never told a child they could not sing. The longer I let them sing the better they got. There was actually one child whose voice reminded me of the sound of a finger nail scratching a chalk board. All that to say that you can sing. Sounded good to me. 😊

Playing catchup on videos. My husband had a stroke last week and was also diagnosed with AFib. He is home after being in the hospital for a week. and we are paying close attention to his vitals. It's going to be a bit of a road to recovery. He still has more tests to have done. The day before he went into the hospital I had finished wearing a heart monitor for 2 weeks. I just figured Shannon was spending time with her sister while she was here! But we will miss getting to see you as much but I so understand wanting to fast track getting your home built! Playing catchup on videos. My husband had a stroke last week and was also diagnosed with AFib. He is home after being in the hospital for a week. and we are paying close attention to his vitals. It's going to be a bit of a road to recovery. He still has more tests to have done. The day before he went into the hospital I had finished wearing a heart monitor for 2 weeks. You're both still very young. It only takes one bad accident or one catastrophic illness to bankrupt you. Having insurance is so critical. It's a very wise choice Shannon has made. I'm sure it'll help toward speeding up the house build too.❤
