Great video once again mate! For some of us - the chatting rubbish is actually a huge help! So for that sir, i thank you!

Hi lee i agree it is a lovely garden and they are the sort of jobs i like to do like you said l think in video there looks like it doesn't need tidying but you can see it did another great job 👍👍👍👍you said the sun was shining was that this week job it's not been like that here. There was a lot to do was that one or two day job. Look forward to seeing the lawn on this one 👍👍

When this started I was like 😱omg Edward scissorhands 😂😂😂 chopping everything!!! But not to worry you know what you're doing Lee! It looks gorgeous by the end and I know will keep improving 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
😂😂😂😂 I call myself Edward Scissorhands 😂😂😂😂
Well Edward was very good at pruning and shaping!, had an eye for detail and a bit of a perfectionist so yeah he does remind me of you! Ha ha ✂️🍃
Amazing as always Lee.🤩
glad you enjoyed it 😊😊👍👍
You've got to do a video on "what I hate in customers gardens". I've got loads! Great series you've got here lee. Don't stop and upset the growing number of subs. Lol.
💪💪👍💪💪👍
Good job as always. Love the music 4:17 reminds me of Bob Ross (remember him?) Very calming to watch/listen to this one.
cheers buddy 👍
cracking job mate, just shows what separates the real pros, I am terrified of borders like this, worried in case I destroy something. I guess by the time I am 90 I will know what I am doing. When mulching on a lawn do you find the lawn goes brown from the mulch? I am always worried about ruining a lawn. defo not a proper lawn. Had a garden with little channels, and a retentively new garden ha them, the lady told me its so they can get the edging sheers down them. good Idea, but a pain.
cheers mate...no the lawn doesn't go brown that just the shreddings on it as you see I blow them thoroughly off. Those channels are a pain in the arse ...they are an old fashioned idea and yes they were for the use of edging shears but as "most" gardeners now use a strimmer they are neither use nor ornament ....just weed channels 🤬....also even if you did choose to use shears they dont need to be THAT WIDE 🤬🤬......👍
As usual, a beautiful thorough detailed job, which displays your dedication to your work.
By the way, i hadn't seen any of your videos in months. So it was really nice to watch your video again. Very beautiful garden. . 🤗
Looked lovely in the end Lee. Don’t forget your woolly hat it’s getting a bit nippy in the mornings now 😊
I hope you put that stone back in the centre piece! 🤣🤣
It was driving me crazy as soon as I saw it
🤣🤣👍
Looks really good bud, got to go and do a garden clean up myself... bet it rains on me 😂😂
👍👍👍......☔☔☔☔☔🙈
That really came out looking great, the amount of waste was surprising.
What was the reaction of the owner?
Nice video...👍
cheers 👍👍..I did explain what it's going to look like and she said if looks great...but dont know what gets said when I'm gone 🙈😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂@@LHLgardenservices
Thanks
😊😊👍
Cant wait to see what you do with this garden now that you have the maintanence. Its still shocks me how much waist comes out of just a spruce up to get it in shape. But as we all know your the man for the job mate. Cheers from Boston....
thanks very much buddy 😊👍😊👍
Thanks!
you're welcome 👍👍👍
The music Sounds like a Pearl And Dean ad at The flicks..And The commentry That Went with Them,Get LHL Garden services Round your house ladies where Lee will come along And Trim Your big Bush for you,No Jobs to small..LOL
Yep..I've had lots of practice 😉
Awesome job of course! Now I know how to clean out the dead grass from the decorative grass. Now a question. I have what I think is Liarope, that is about 30 years old. They are still blooming, but the flowers are hidden by the leaves. Can I cut it back into a ball shape? One is so heavy, is starting is lay flat, sort of. Anyway, I don't want to do anything that would damage them. But they are also growing out if the garden and onto the sidewalk. I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks!!! 🌹
thanks very much for watching and asking for my advice..unfortunately I dont like giving advice as I do things my way and this is not always "by the book" ...hope you understand ❤
Yes Lee, I do understand. With that said though, think I will cut them back the best I can. I'm not always 'by the book' type of person anyway. It's like when I cook or bake....sometimes I just do my own thing...and it always comes out pretty darn good. Take care! 🙂
Yeah I tried once to trim a little tree my mam planted when my dad passed away and it didn’t go to well lol 😆
The Music Reminds me of the Old Pearl And Dean Ads In the Cinema
👍👍
Brilliant video mate, do you have the link for where you bought your rake from?
Cheers pal..

Thank you
Hi the lawnmower you use chop all the cuttings up is that a standard one or is the blade different on it
Standard mate 👍👍👍
You leave that moss alone or send it upto me in Lincolnshire!! Look gr8 in my Japanese garden
😂😂 I would love to try a Japanese garden with moss instead of grass for a change...send me some pictures over 🤩
Hi Lee watching your videos all the time really good enjoy them just one question I’ve had jobs where I done a garden tidy up and the customer says they will have me all the time to do the garden once I’ve got it straight happened a couple of times spent a day in the garden got paid, two weeks later text the customer to say that they’re due I will be coming today or tomorrow whatever it is and they text back saying something like oh sorry my husband is going to do the garden now so annoying what do you think On this Lee
Yes mate...had it lots of times 😡....I've transformed shitholes into striped showpiece's (blowing my own trumpet🤣)and they have said "oh we will look after if ourselves now"....just move on 👍
That happens all the time ,Paul , You will also get “My posh friend from London is a garden designer. She said you ought to be doing such and such .” Best one I ever had was “The post man had a look at those plants you put in last week , he says you are giving them too much water.”
🤣🤣🤣🙈
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
👍👍
Top work as always. Why’s do you wear eye protection and a mask but no hearing protection while hedge cutting? Looks like you got music playing as well!
cheers ..I ALWAYS wear ear protection.. just not headphones. Yes I have music on
LHL garden services uk what you wearing when hedge cutting here? Can’t see anything lol
@@jamesb8854 what do you mean???
@@LHLgardenservices - I think he wants to know what ear protection, or listening device for music.
Hi Lee I've just bought a Hl94c-e, just curious what's your hedge-trimmer, love it with the short stem..
I was using the stihl combi.. 👍
When you put back in beds, doesn’t that sow weed seeds to more areas?
No...there was no weeds involved 👍
hi ya just wanted to know where you got your small headed rake from ? many thanks
Here we are buddy
amzn.to/2SANDwz
thank you so much ... keep uploading those videos, I’m a big fan of yours 👍
Thank you much appreciated 👊
I wounder mate would the battery power stuff be the rite job for that garden
Docking you 50p: you missed a weed in the paving sets at 27.16...These sweet little gardens take a lot of time and get scraggy in no time. They give an awful lot of pleasure when they're done well though.
😂😂left that for maintenance....got to earn a crust you know 🙈🙈
Exactly. Couldn't have said it better. I love the different levels, and privacy hedge. The person that started this garden was no novice.
Are they weeds your putting on the grass ?
No
What make of shears and loppers do you use lee
Which moss/weedkiller do you use on the lawn?
You get them edges pretty dam good from useing a fs40 is it ??
Cheers buddy..Fs50 👍
How much would you charge for this job? Do you give a fixed price beforehand or do you charge for how long you have spent there?
Sorry to seem rude by asking about money but I'm interested in setting up a little garden business for weekends to make some extra money. I'm just curious about costs and what you charge etc.
Good job by the way, I bet the customer was really happy with the work.
Thanks for watching pal..I don't discuss my prices
@@LHLgardenservices no problem, I fully understand.
👍👍
Now that winter is on it's way other than scarifying do I need to apply any treatments, just been down my local nursery and there seems to be an explosion in autumn lawn care products, is there much difference between the summer/spring product and these?
yes there is a difference. It's all about the NPK... that's nitrogen phosphorus and potassium which is mixed in different ratios fof different times if the year.👍
Know how you mulch all the stuff up and put it back in the borders does that not create weeds
No.There are no flowering weeds or seed heads 👍
100%👍🏽🙏🏼👍🏽Job
😊👍🙏
Good to see you wearing that mask with the fumes
The mask also helps with the dust from the hedge's.
When you cut and prune a plant could you please let us know the plant names so we could do the same just a thought 👍👍👍👍
What model hedge trimmer are you using lee?
I'll get back to you on that 👍
👍🏻🤗
👍👍😊
Why does moss come on lawns is it be course people cut there lawn to short I like your vidioes
there are lots of reasons....cutting too short...leaving too long...shade...compaction...acid soil....weak grass....list is endless.. 👍👍
jardim ds sonhos queria saber ingles😂
I dont like to remove the plants ,they protect the plants in the winter, and become food for the worms, and new soil😉
WHAT?.....have you not watched the video?.....its all gone BACK in to FEED the WORMS and PLANTS ....so ????
I forgot to ask about the Bonsai plants?
😂😂😂the first one.....dont ask 🙈🙈.......all the others are growing fine ...👍👍
@@LHLgardenservices are you taking classes or do you have a mentor?
Some customers don't want to pay they think your trying to rip them off
It’s an art cutting and trimming bushes etc if I were to do it it would end up looking like your head bald lol 😂 maybe that’s why I don’t have a garden and live in a flat 🤯
🙈🙈🤩
Do you have house plants?
Steven Guevara no don’t bother with things like that can barely keep myself alive lol 😆
£3000 worth of equipment in one video
dont remind me 🙈🙈🙈.....😂
I'd put more grass in as its bn chopped away to much....the edges that is..... xxx I'd take more off that hedge too and its height.....good job tho'.....
I am not a big fan of your "mulching" concept. First your remove all the weeds from the flower bed.
Then you rough up the dirt in-between the shrubs and plants. Then you blow the "mulched" weeds along with all their seeds
back in the flower bed.
I think this is asking for troubles! A simple mower with a catch bag would be much better.
But all criticism aside, I still love to watch your videos and your work!
There were no weeds 🧐
