Bars might set the machine into COLD mode when last orders are called for example. Depending on the mix, you could then set the machine back to SLUSH mode 1 - 2 hours before you require slush. This will allow some time for the machine to re-freeze your mix. You can have these actions set up automatically using the built in timer function accessed via the menu. Let us know how you get on.

Hi @supermotta13 thanks for the comment and yes that's correct. SLUSH 9 means a very dense and frozen mix.
