Vevo LIFT artist Little Mix is a UK girl group made up of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall.In this profile we speak to the ladies about how they got together. They were the first group to win 'The X Factor' and NEVER thought they'd win. They all auditioned as solo artist, but we're urged by the judges to unite. True story of how me and my best friend managed to scare the shit out of little mix:
At Philips Arena in Atlanta Georgia (2/21/14) during the neon lights tour, me and about 10 other people were all crammed in an elevator after Demi's soundcheck, and the security guard told us to go to the third floor ONLY and that the second floor was 100% off limits. Well we obeyed what he said but the elevator stopped on the second floor anyways. The doors opened and Little Mix were just casualty standing there attempting to go to the first floor. Anyways as soon as the elevator doors opened, my friend got a bit too excited and screamed "OMG ITS LITTLE MIX!!!" And I guess they though we were gonna run out of the elevator and mob them because I don't think I have ever seen four girls look so terrified in my life. (Perrie especially) But they're body guard quickly said "oops, we will take the next one". I felt bad afterwards but then after a while i was like "hey! i got that close to little mix, thats fucking cool" So yeah :)

I honestly believe these girls will achieve their goals someday bc they have amazing voices, they are so nice, and they have that connection that makes them really fun. And their music is fantastic. Plus Mixers can help them achieve it right?!?!

You have been an inspiration for me for quote awhile. I know so many people mostly Canadians (because I'm Canadian) who love your music. My friend showed me your song Wings last year and I was amazed. Since then I've been a huge mixer and currently love your songs Salute and Little Me. I feel more confident about myself and it kept me from being suicidal. You will always be my biggest inspiration and I can't wait for a tour in Canada (hopefully)!

I know people in mexico feel the same as you canadians. I think America is so big because of LA,New York and all of those big places. Especially for a foreign act,America is a big deal. Like for us North Americans to go to the UK,or Asia.
I'm American and I promise, its not as great as you think. Like sure, celebs love us mostly for like Cali or Florida or something when really Pennsylvania or the less states feel kinda left out sometimes.
