As a person from Europe I think it's hilarious how celebrities are drinking bone broth as a drink whereas we have broth every Sunday for lunch/dinner. Just eat it as a soup - with some noodles, chicken and lots of vegetables - for sure more enjoyable way than having it in a cup.

i think people from different countries/cultures consume it differently. We also consume it traditionally as a drink in Kenya. Even when you buy from street hotels/vendors here, it's sold as a beverage, in a cup just like tea. Some people drink it along with bread or 'ugali' but the normal way here is to drink it as a beverage.

Then cut it in half, put it over a bowl or paper towel, and use the back of a spoon to whack the fruit. The little fruit pieces will pop out into the bowl. Way less mess, and you get some stress relief on the way! LOL

It's insanely dysfunctional, which is considered the norm now. And if you speak otherwise, you will *danger* OFFEND someone. And we can't have that.
Because...if they're offended, what if you're offended? Then you are offended by their state of offensiveness.
Then they can be offended by your offensiveness.
See how functional this is? What we're told to walk on ice for.
Wake up everyone. Things are changing. And not for the downfall of humanity, even though it's painfully "trendy" to have a machine open your car or blinds for you. Cause, it's too much Effort to use your brain that operate fine motor dexterity.

How many calories on average do you personally eat daily? I’ve been doing a reverse diet for the last few months and I’m just about 1800-1900 calories a day. I’m 5’6” and 125lbs. I’m extremely active and work out about 6 days a week. I’m burning about 2300-2500 calories a day. How much more should I try and push my calories up?

What is your opinion on chipotle and foodborne illness? I love chipotle or qdoba / similar chains but the risk of food borne illness keeps me from eating there. I have emetephobia or fear of throwing up so any increased risk will keep me from eating something. I am also a registered dietitian. Any opinions on many illness outbreaks linked to chipotle? I always hear TikTok’s about people getting sick as well even if it wasn’t a major outbreak.

Canadian bacon is ham to me here in the USA.. Still tasty AF (especially with some candied/caramelized pineapple 🤤❤) but just doesn't hit the same way regular bacon does.
