So happy to hear that Francesca has such awesome customer service and that Marlin was able to rescue your sunflowers painting! I could just picture Marlin doing that as I had to be a porch pirate one time my DAC went to the wrong house. My phone alerted me that it was delivered to my porch but it wasn't and I drove slowly down my street to find it about 8 houses down, leaning against their wall near the front door. I rang the doorbell but no one answered, so I talked through the Ring doorbell, while hugging my box, saying, "This was mine but delivered to your house by mistake. Thank you, Bye!" with a smile and a wave. A couple of days later, I saw the neighbor outside, so I introduced myself and said what I did and they hadn't even noticed! BUT I met a new, nice neighbor who said if it happens again they will keep an eye out for me.

I am laughing so much at the principal saying “kindergartners learn their address” lmao!! Thank you for sharing your journey and enthusiasm with us all, Carra. I have a Francesca’s kit on my to-do list early this year. I absolutely love the quality and passion she has put into selecting each and every piece of her kits. You can tell the quality is going to provide a good experience with working on the kit. I was also impressed with Francesca’s customer service. One kit I purchased was missing a label on the sticker sheet and she sent out an email to everyone who had purchased that kit to notify them that future runs would have it fixed and she was so sorry it got missed in the first production run, but since her sticker lists have a lot of blank labels at the end, we can use those to create our own. The drill quality also looks amazing! ❤ I love this unboxing! ❤

Francesca worked on many different diamond painting company canvases and has really taken the time to incorporate the things that matter to diamond painters. I absolutely love supporting companies with excellent customer service. I went to their website while watching your video and couldn’t, for the life of me, figure out to actually LOOK at the images. I got to a screen that was to “Filter by artist”…..and could go no further. My bank account probably appreciates that 🤣

Loved your story, giggled about kindergarteners needing to know their address because that is something I had my kids recite….in addition to their phone number and their parents’ actual names (not just Mommy and Daddy).
