I subscribe to both of your channels. You are very talented with your woodworking skills. I am also very jealous of your tent campsite! Keep the videos coming Joe!

ND Mike Thanks Mike. We were just out there and butchered the first pig. Its halved and hanging in the workshop and we will cut it up into chops and stuff tomorrow.

ND Mike The pig video will be up on J&Z later this week. I still have an "up to the tent" video to edit and upload there first.

***** Thanks for the update Joe. I didn't get a deer this year so I will miss out on making sausage and cutting up pigs! I might have to buy some ground pirk and make my own brats and country style!

    Hi Joe,
Can you please explain to me WHY YOU ARE WEARING GLOVES TO WORK WITH A WARM COAT AND A WOLLEN CUP and yet you are wearing jeans and trainers IN SNOW !!!!

I wear long johns under my jeans and when I wear heavy boots my back gets sore. You will find that by wearing two pair of socks, a cotton sock with a wool sock over it and then tennis shoes your feet will breath very well and if the snow is cold it does not melt so your shoes stay dry and your feet do not get cold. In boots your feet sweat and they will get cold faster than how I do it. I have been doing it this way for many years. If it is wet snow or extremely cold out or if I am sitting still in the deer stand I will wear my heavy boots.
